The sub seems sturdy and very well made. My only complain is that the power cord that attaches to the back of the sub seems to be a little loose even if you push it all the way. There is a little play which allows you to unplug it easily. I would have preferred the plug to be permanent as opposed to detachable, but that is just a very minor issue. Performance is great, bass is loud and tight for my application (3.1 setup). Remember to buy a good quality subwoofer cable to really maximize the performance of this sub.

For a 100 W subwoofer the bass is loud and tight, in my medium sized tv/media room. The subwoofer is well constructed and nicely matches the other speakers in this Signature line. It has a modern clean look. It is on the larger size, especially if you compare to like a Sonos Sub or some of the other smaller subs on the market so keep this in mind when considering placement.

Replaced an excellent Klipsch 10 inch with this new Polk and found it to be more precise (less hollow). Matches up with other Polk Signature speakers perfectly, both in sound and aesthetics.

I love this subwoofer. It adds a deep richness with it's bass and action movies just come alive with the deep bass. It was easy to connect to my receiver. You just have to take some time to find the level of bass that you like. A great purchase.

I have other Polk Signature speakers and added this Signature subwoofer. I have another Polk 8" sub and wanted to add an extra sub to my 7.2 system. The first movie came alive like never before. There was a thunderstorm that you could not see happening in the movie and I though for sure it was thundering outside my house. I even went to the window to look and see. I am very happy with my purchase of the HTS SUB 10 BLK WAL.

Booms for a decent size room. awesome if you can get on sale. great quality for home theater, decent bass without too much overbearing sounds if you live in a community. quality looks great on the outside, ,nice to look at. highly recommend.

My husband is big into sound, I didn’t think it would be that big of a difference but the addition of this subwoofer has totally transformed the music and movies sound quality.

This is nestled in the corner of my home theater. It provides subtlety, but roars when necessary. It is rock solid and aesthetically pleasing. Price is reasonable for value received. Construction is solid — seems built to last. I am pleased.

I think everyone should have this product when it comes to sub-woofers. The bass is life shattering.

I bought two of these. They are all I need. Handle highs and lows. More than enough boom for the room!

Even it is NOT expensive but the sound like it comes from expensive subwoofer.

Subjectively, cheap exterior (grill and faux-wood vinyl). But solid clean bass. Pairs well with bookshelf speakers.

Great Sub works awesome with my 5.1 setup with my Onkyo.
