Super easy install, GREAT sound, surprising BASS! Must buy for sure!

I bought this speaker with a new Sony XBR55 TV. I didn't get the Sony Speaker because this one had a Bluetooth wireless subwoofer which I think is a nice feature. I cannot control the sound on the Polk speakers with the Sony TV remote or the Verizon remote. The speaker defaults to a very loud setting every time it is turned on, and you can't choose not to use the Polk speaker unless you disconnect it. So I'm using two-three remotes and constantly adjusting the sound when commercials come on. I am not an audio video expert, there may be a solution to these issues. I don't have time to do research or become a sound engineer to figure it out.

I switched from a receiver to this sound bar and sub. At first it sounded great for the less than 2 months we've owned it. However the last few days the sub keeps cutting in and out, going from a solid green light to blinking, and so on. And it would hear sometimes a crackling noise, but not consistent. I have not changed the location of my sub since i first hooked it up. So I turned off the sub for a day or so, and still having the same problem. My next plan is to move the sub closer to the bar, which right now is only 12 ft away. Anyone have this problem? If changes don't happen, I'm going to return it

The problems I have with this sound bar are, 1) volume n some channels goings up when commercials come on. This does not happen all the time it is random. 2) you have no way of knowing their remote is working as no light comes on. Most of the time I believe it is not working than something will happen to make be believe it is. Set up is simple but I would not buy another one.

Love my Polk sound bar! Kicks the TV experience up a bit. Easy to set-up, easy to use. Adjustments for Spots Sound or Movie Sound add so much to the viewing experience.

Purchased in 2015 and still works perfectly in 2022. Great quality, great product!

Was not sure I wanted a sound bar but made the leap. Not disappointed at all in this one, fills the room with sound.

We bought the soundbar w/subwoofer a few years ago and it recently started malfunctioning with the remote. Of course this happened as soon as the Best Buy warranty expired. Polk warranty is only for a year. The soundbar buttons work fine but the remote is a joke. I can turn the soundbar on with the remote but as soon as push the volume up button, it turns off. Very disappointed considering how much we paid for it.

Very poor sound quality. Stereo imaging poor. Poor bass definition. Sounds over-processed. Sounds like am radio, stereo enhanced, converted to mp3, stereo enhanced. Not natural or clean sound at all:(

Good sound quality, but the speaker came damaged from Best Buy and the bluetooth subwoofer stopped working after about a month

I purchased this soundbar a year ago based on the employee's opinion. It's terrible. We had problems with it losing connection to the sub. It came back from polk with a new soundbar. Same problem 2 months later, also it randomly changes its input and won't recognize the optical input unless you unplug it and plug it back in. We asked multiple times to return it to Best Buy and purchase a more expensive model. They refused. There's a reason these are all over the open box section and amazon and eBay. It's junk. And with Best Buy's terrible customer service I will take my business elsewhere

Polk WiFi Omni system cuts out continuously. Customer service disappointing to say the least. Warranty is useless.

Nice when ot worked. Center channel went out 2nd day

Received this for a gift from wife and it sounds great but is temperamental. Every couple days it wont tune on. WE have to pull the power plug and then it comes back. Now after 1.5 years, the entire left side is out. No sound from that side and very disappointed at this. I will never by anything Polk again.

THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING POLK SOUNDBAR. DON'T LOOK AT THE PRICE BUT ALWAYS READ PRODUCT REVIEWS. POLK SOUNDBAR IS GARBAGE

It worked fine for a week but stopped working, bad customer service

The sound would go in and out when you use the remote to turn it up and it hard to asjist volume

Good speakers but where is google cast? It wont work with google home.
