To get a better one, you'll need to spend twice as much. Takes up little room and delivers what you want...big bass sound.

I had purchased a new receiver which could not handle my old subwoofer. I looked around to see what was available and the Polk caught my eye. Had it hooked up without any issues and in no time had a deeper bass than my old woofer. Sound quality is excellent. Only con I can think of is its size. It is a good foot and a half cube so if space is tight make sure this will fit. Other than that, I highly recommend this unit.

Bought on sale for $99. Could not believe how great it sounds. Easily out powers my cheap RCA surround sound. However easily adjustable so that it blends in with underpowered channel speakers. Still has the ability to go loud when other components get upgraded. Little distortion when pushed. Highly recommended. Also looks much better than in picture. Has black mesh cover over speaker that looks nice enough in living room to please the wife.

The Polk Subwoofer is fantastic and easy to assemble!

I was not disappointed with this sub. First one I've ever bought and packs a great punch to music, movies, and games. I bought two more which was definitely overkill.

This sub woofer has plenty of power and brings life into my surround sound set up!

I picked this up on a whim, while on sale. Despite the sales person originally stating that a subwoofer could not be added on to my soundbar, I spoke to someone else who directed me, and at the time this was the same price as one I was looking at but far less powerful. Its loud... shakes the walls when full blast, and I find myself having to hold back due to my neighbors in the complex. A good buy.

It has good adjustments for the base, and the sound is excellent for the price range.

This thing thumps! Maybe because I'm new to having subwoofers in my theater setup(which isn't setup correctly yet). I have a Sony Compact AV System in my family room. It is a DAV-C770 that has five excellent sounding 3.5" speakers with one subwoofer that makes a movie a little better sounding but in my basement is where the other more serious sounding system is. I have the Polk Audio PSW108 and a PSW10 both setup down there and it sounds good now. Like I said, nothing is in the right place and setup properly but watching the Mandalorian one night down there was all I needed to know what it will sound like.

This is the second Polk subwoofer I've purchased from Best Buy over the last several years, and they've both delivered the right kind of punch my surround sound needed.

I bought this one to replace the old 50watt Sony that I had been hanging on for years. I first purchased the 400 watt and it was way too much for what I wanted. So I returned it and bought this one. Perfect sound. Deep bass... only one complaint was I bought the rocketfish wireless sub kit and it had a lot of feedback... but that was not the fault of the sub...

This was the first time I had set out to purchase a home sound system for both TV and music. My initial and main use is for music, and I was definitely blown back by the power in the bass. I saw this was on sale and had to jump on it, for I had also chose to purchase some Polk Audio speakers, so I figured what better than a Polk Audio subwoofer. The bass is so powerful it rattles the entire apartment, and that's not even close to being full volume. I'm not a huge audio person, but I do like some strong bass and this delivered. Also while playing video games or watching TV, the explosions sound great. Definitely worth the price.
