I read some of the reviews of static coming from the phone jack and thought I'd give it a try; perhaps it was a few bad units. But, I got one that did the same. Actually, mine also made this piercing screech when jack was tapped or rotated. So simply put, I could not move much while playing Halo or I would go deaf from this noise. There was no fix and I decided to just get the regular headphone adapter and got the Sony Extra Bass Bluetooth headphones which work as nice if not better and allows me to have nice headphones for every other device.

Nice looking, understated and good build quality, packaging, etc. unfortunately my unit was faulty out of the box and upon returning to store, no additional units left so picked up something else

The are a wonder so far I haven't got any issues. They feel great and the sound if pretty good.

Ive owned a few headsets such as turtle beach and astro's. For the price the are great.

For my review I will be comparing the ZX Pro with it's main competition, Turtle Beaches XO7 Pro and Astro's A40 with Mixamp M80. First off the ZX Pro is the best headset yet made by Polk for the Xbox One. It is just a better headset than the original 4 shot model and the lower priced ZX. It is made very well with metal construction so it feels better made than the XO7 and comparable to the Astro A40. Sound wise the headset sounds incredible and I would have to test it more but it sounds slightly better than either of the other headsets I am comparing it with. The bass is there but not overpowering and the mids and highs come thru very nicely. That surprises me as its included xbox one adapter does not include and selectable eq choices like the other two offer. I personally like Turtle Beaches adapter the best and would love to use it with the ZX Pro. When it comes to chat, I feel the ZX Pro does a great job. I had no complaints when using in chat. My only complaint is that the boom mic is not as flexible as the other two and its one the right earpiece always. I am just used to my mic being on the left ear cup. This brings me to comfort which also brings my complaint of the headset. It just feels very tight on my head. I have a small head and it's clamp pressure gets uncomfortable after a couple of hours. With either of the other two headsets, I can wear for hours with no discomfort. Still if you can get used to the headsets comfort, I think it arguably is the best of the three offerings and also the lowest prices of the three.

My son loves this headset. Sound quality is good and no wires across the room!

I've owned many gaming headsets but none like these before. The sound quality and comfortably is superb. Highly recommend!

Needed a need headset for my Xbox One. Have used Turtle Beach headsets in the past and did not want to break the bank buying another set. Read quite a few reviews on this Headset and decided to try them out. They have been pretty good so far. I can also use them on my PC which is an added benefit. I would recommend them if you want a different option than the turtles..

I bought this for my 12 year old son for his Xbox One. It was easy to hook up and he loves it! Plays online with his friends and has a ball. The headset is comfortable and the sound is great and voice is clear thru the mic.

Only one side of the first headset worked. Returned it for another that the mic didn't work. Hopefully the third one will be better!

Assume value for great quality gaming head phones.

I bought these on a whim because they were priced at a screaming deal. I'm impressed with the overall sound quality, richness, and volume they produce. My only knock on them is that the cable frequently twists in the port where it connects to the controller and can produce a very loud, and unpleasant static sound that other players can also hear. Otherwise, this is a quite nice headset.

I've been having lots of issues with my Astros, which sound awesome when they work... so I picked these up as a spare when those need to go back to BB for replacement. BTW, love the BB replacement policy! I get it on items such as this without question! These headphones are not the greatest, but work as long as the controller doesn't disconnect due Microsoft drivers or battery failure.

We purchased the Striker Pro for my son. The head set appeared to be well built and had excellent sound quality for the price. Unfortunately, the headset wasn't a perfect fit for him (he also wears glasses) and after a short period of time wearing them his ears became red and irritated. This really had no reflection on the headset - they just were not a perfect fit for him.

Sounds good holds up well way better than turtle beach

I love the head set. My only complaint is the mic makes a static sound when I move my head around but other than that I love them.
