Great for a beginner that wants to learn how to use, fly and enjoy a drone. The description is exact - 3 speeds, can fly in various directions, flips over, takes photos and video. The controller is solid and fits well between your hands. It operates from your thumbs to move the drone in the direction that you want. We found it easy to learn the speeds, fly up and fly around. Not listed is that it has 2 LED lights in the front and a red light in back of the main body. This is helpful to know which way the camera is pointing. You can also fly this at night because the LED lights are bright enough to see. For the money, the camera and video does work but are not the best or most clear images. Perhaps with more practice to keep the drone still our images will get better. If you expecting clear images you could use on a post card, this isn't the drone for you. The construction of the drone has been sturdy and held up to hitting the concrete floor, ceiling and the ground many times. For a full charge it takes 90 minutes and an estimate fly time is 9 minutes. The drone will flash to let you know the battery is getting low and you have another 45 seconds to get it back to you safe. I would recommend this for ages 10 up only because the controller seems big for little hands.

Got this for a 14 year-old as a birthday present. This is the second drone we have purchased in the family as the first was for my oldest son and this for my now 14 year-old. Not impressed with this unit. Instructions were not thorough and fly-ability is not as easy as the other brand we have. Other brand is much more durable on crashes as well. This unit is just more fragile, which is not good for a kid. Based on performance, durability and price...I can't recommend this unit.

The drone is great for starts fly's fast and high but be aware that you can lose signal fast. It's not really good against the wind so don't fly on those days. It's fun and some you would enjoy if your into these things

It is really good for a beginner .. However don't get near any trees

Very small and discreet. Video isn't the best, but pictures are not too bad.

Good toy quality. Really liked the extra parts included.
