Simple isn't always a bad thing

The Pure Zone air purifier is must for anyone with allergies and breathing problems. The provided hepa filter with UV lighting insures that not only pet dander and allergies get filtered but also virus's and bacteria as well.
This air purifier is probably one the most simplistic designs and sets up that i have seen. Out of the box you get the main unit and filter and that's about it. There were no instructions packed with the box but that's simply because you really don't need one. Once plugged in you really only have a few opotions as to what you can do. You have your on/off button with filter indicator light, fan speed button to switch between three speeds, UV-C button (which basically means rather or not you want the UV light running, and a sleep timer button which allows you to switch between three different time modes ( 2hr,4hr,8hr). This unit is designed realistically to be placed in a bedroom and not a large open space like a kitchen or living room. Main reason being is the size of the unit. It comes in about the size of a small plant or large book. So does the purifier actually do what its intended to? I truly believe it does. I say this due to the fact i noticed im getting much better sleep after placing this unit in my bedroom. Im waking up feeling less congested and more refreshed. I have two large dogs and there is pet hair everywhere. It's on the floor, the chair and the mattress. I feel like this caused me to wake up most mornings feeling like my nasal passage ways were so congested and irritated as a result of all the pet hair. Since using the purifier for the last week i can honestly say i feel like im getting a better nights sleep while waking up feeling i can breathe. The low fan speed noise means that i can run the unit all night long on the medium setting while not being kept up by the fan motor. And even at the highest setting the fan does get loud however it is never overwhelming and in fact Pure Zone does such a good job at damping the motor that the fan noise at high speed acts as perfect white noise.
Air purifiers are one of those things that's really gonna come down to personal perspective. Everyone's experience is going to differ but the ultimate goal is to have the same end result, which is cleaner air. We add filters to purify our drinking water so why not do the same for the air we breathe? For me i truly believe this unit has helped purifier my bedroom air resulting in a better nights sleep. The unit does a fantastic job at staying quiet as well as keeping the light low so that you can sleep at night. This unit is simplistic in the way of you simply picking a spot, plugging it in and forgetting it. There are no apps to download and no wi-fi to link it to which makes it perfect if you are one of those technology challenged people. In a busy world sometimes i don't have time or feel like linking it up to apps and wi-fi and then dial in all my settings and so on and so forth. The simplicity of this unit really had me impress as all i had to do was plug it in, turn it on and let the unit do the rest. For me i highly recommend this unit if you are looking to purify a small room such as bedroom or office.

Compact but helps keep your indoors clean...

Indoor air quality in many homes is said to be many times WORSE than the air outdoors, even if you are pretty diligent about keeping your home clean. It’s become more important than ever to have something in your home that helps to clean the gunk out of the air that otherwise your nose would be taking in. The Pure Enrichment Purzone air purifier is one of those types of devices.
This model is rated for rooms up to 200 square feet (rooms approximately up to 14x15 feet). It’s relatively small at around 12 inches tall and barely under 11 inches wide, so it can sit on a tabletop with no problem. Air is taken in via two slot areas on the front, passes through the multi-stage filter, and filtered air comes out into your room from the top. The filter consists of a prefilter, an activated carbon filter, and then a “true HEPA” filter. Now, HEPAs come in varying degrees of effectiveness – this one is rated to remove particles as small as .3 microns from the air. This includes dust, pet dander, pollen, mold spores, certain VOCs… basically, things that irritate your lungs and sinuses and make you sneeze. It’s important to note that viruses are .1 microns (smaller) so this doesn’t really remove viruses (that requires a medical-grade HEPA filter), however, the Purzone does include a UV-C light as well, which at least according to claims, will help to make certain germ uglies inert.
On top of the sanitizer is a control panel with the air output grill surrounding it. Controls include power, a timer so you can have it automatically shut off at 2,4, or 8 hours, the UV-C light on/off button, and low, medium, and high output settings. An indicator will let you know when it’s time to change the filter, which can vary from 3 to 6 months in my past experience depending on how dirty your air is – pet owners or those in highly polluted areas can expect to change it more, while those in less polluted settings, less. It uses around 60 watts of power.
I found the low and medium settings to be pretty quiet and appropriate for my bedroom when I’m sleeping. High (level 3) bumps up the air flow and noise somewhat, and was a bit too loud for me at night, but I let a friend try it out and they said high was ok for them, so your preferences will vary. I use it on medium (level 2) throughout the day. If you have no other air purifiers in your home, personally I would suggest having at least two like the Purzone – one in your main living area, and one in your bedroom, to make any real impact. Of course, more if your budget allows or if you have a larger home. The manufacturer includes a very good 5 year warranty with these, so you shouldn’t have to worry about longer term holding up.
I recommend the Purzone 200 because it’s not too large and bulky, and based on previous experience with a very similar model that uses the exact same filter, I have no doubt that this one will do what it advertises for the space it’s rated for as well over time as I use it more. Filters are only around $20(ish) or less, so the cost-use of these isn’t as high as many other models out there, too. The quality of the air you’re breathing indoors is highly important, so it’s important to use something like this to help keep it filtered. Thumbs up!

Small, quiet and great for allergies

The Pure Enrichment PureZone 3-in-1 true HEPA filter air purifier is great for people like me who suffer from allergies and have an appreciation and need for air clean of allergens. It is small enough to fit in a tight space and for small rooms or offices up to 200 square feet. I live in a valley area filled with trees I am allergic to year-round. We have air purifiers all throughout our house and wanted one for my office at work as well to help alleviate allergens while I am there five days a week. This model happened to be the perfect size for my office and fits nicely either on my desk or on the floor. On the top of the purifier you have push button options for three speeds, an option to turn the UV light on/off and a timer which also comes in handy when I am not in the office. The highest fan speed is quiet enough in a small office to not be too much of a distraction. The 3-in-1 filter consists of a pre-filter, a carbon filter to filter any smells, and a true HEPA filter to rid the air of dust and allergens. I have been happy with the investment so far and would recommend it to anyone in the market for a small air purifier for their home or office.

Cleaner Air

Now that things are coming around to some level of normalcy, why not keep your home feeling fresh and clean through your air?
I have a Labrador Retriever as a pet and would like to keep allergens down as much as possible. The fact that this not only has a premium 3 stage HEPA filter but also a UV-C light to clean and sanitize the air is a big selling point.
It's easy to use. 3 fan speeds (low, medium, high). Timer (2, 4, 8 hour settings). Sleep mode turns off LEDs, UV lamp, and puts fan to low. Realistically if you put this in a bedroom you would want to use this but otherwise keep the fan on a higher setting and use the UV lamp to keep the air sanitized.
As for looks, this is a very well rounded unit that you can place anywhere. It is easy to remove the front panel and replace or clean out the filter.
Take it from someone who suffers from seasonal allergies and has visible dust every few days on furniture, this purifier makes a real good difference.

I love this air purifier. I've had it for a month now and you notice immediate results in air quality. Very easy to set up and very easy to clean/replace the HEPA filter. The noise level is minimal when the fan is turned on low or medium. The price for is fair for what you get. I have a bedroom that is about 200 square feet. Definitely a good purchase so far.

I care for two cats at home. When they’re not prancing around during the late hours of the night, they spend most of their day sleeping in the master bedroom. Along with their daytime naps, they bring their pet dander with them. Queue in the Pure Enrichment Pure Zone 3-in-1 Air Purifier.
What’s the 3-in-1?? It’s all in the filter.
Stage 1: Pre-filter - First line of defense. Here is where all the larger particles are picked up, like pet dander.
Stage 2: Activated carbon filter - Next line of defense. The carbon filter neutralizes odors in the room.
Stage 3: True HEPA filter - Last line of defense. Here is where the microscopic particles are picked up, down to 0.3 microns. This includes dust mites, allergens and bacteria in the air.
Above all this is the UV-C light that helps to safely destroy microorganisms such as germs, viruses, bacteria, and fungi as they pass through the air purifier. You don’t actually see the UV-C light turned on, but only see if it’s activated on the top panel of light indicators.
Assembly is as simple as placing the new 3-in-1 filter at the front of the air purifier and closing its magnetic door. The magnetic close is a much better solution to a snap tab that can snap overtime. It has 3 fan speeds, a UV-C on/off/sleep as well as a 2/4/8 hour auto shut timer.
I’ve been able to use the Pure Zone for about a week now and I can immediately tell the difference in the clarity and smell of the room. This was evident as the master bedroom smells of dirty laundry, a master bathroom and, of course, my cats. The unit is small enough to place on a night stand, yet can handle my room which is around 200sq ft. At its highest setting, it's really no louder than a tabletop fan. The low and middle fan settings are whisper quiet, but I actually run it on high every evening because the white noise helps me sleep at night on top of breathing the cleaned air. Overall, I've been able to sleep much better because of the Pure Zone 200.
As far as filter changes, I can't gauge how long it will last. I guess it will all depend on how often you run the unit as well as what speed it is. I intend to keep it on 24/7 to keep up with the cats at home, so I assume changes will be more so for my use. But to me, it's well worth it.
Pure Enrichment has been around since 2010 and is based out of Southern California. They have been focused on stylish health and wellness products that put the user first. This filter is backed by their industry-leading 5-year warranty.

I needed 2 room air filters, one for my office, the other for a baby's nursery. I decided to try this new Pure to see how it worked and then decide where to put it. First thought was this is a very compact filter to deal with 200 sq ft. But finding a HEPA filter with UV-C this compact seemed like a great find. I've had several other room filters that claimed to handle 200-400 sq ft, the trade was always fan noise. You can get a bigger unit with a larger fan quitter fan that still moves sufficient air, or a smaller unit that may have more less air with more fan noise.
First the "assembly"; you have to figure out how to take the front off to remove the packing materials. Turns out there is a trick, the unit has two magnetic contacts at the top front. If you pull gently from the center top the whole front tips down and off. Here you find the removable HEPA filter. It fits quite snuggly, which is good, I like the removable filter cover, which will collect most of your dust, its fairly strong, much better than some spongy filter covers. It should survive many washings, and it recommends you clean it monthly. Behind the filter is a container that holds the UV-C light. depending on how long you run the filter it should last 2 years or so before it needs to be replaced (pretty standard). They have it in a screw module to prevent you from being able to view the bulb's light (good), which could be dangerous. Once you know the secret to getting it open you'll see that it is quite well made.
The unit has 3 timed cycles and can either have the UV light on or off for each. The fan has 3 settings: low, med and high. Low and Med are very quite High creates some noticeable fan noise; possibly more than I want in my office. So I've decided this will go in the baby's room; she's not much of a complainer, and I'm told that white noise actually help kids sleep, as it may mask some other background noises.
The unit is quite attractive, the controls are easy to figure out, and it's a very reasonable size. Be careful not to block the airflow from the front and top, it can be put directly against a wall. If I were to put it in a bedroom, I would have prefered that the LED's could be disabled (but they can't). On high it's a little loud, but I can't say I'm surprised given it's size. But leaving it on med at night still makes it almost totally quite. I'm happy with my find, you will be too.

A nice compact unit. Sits on top of a dresser in my master bedroom. What distinguishes the PureZone for me from other air purifiers is the addition of a UV light to help kill off bacteria, viruses, and germs. UV is used as a disinfectant for drinking water in many locations, and is a good, clean way to remove bacteria, viruses, and other germs from the air. With COVID affecting many, it's comforting to have a unit that has the ability to bump these little critters off while also providing filtration.
The PureZone has three speeds, a sleep function, a timer, and an on/off for the UV lamp (the manual says the lamp is good for 20,000 hours). When I first installed the PureZone in my master, I ran it at high speed for the day and then just set it at the lowest speed for the rest of the week. The result? Little to no dust accumulation on the furniture surfaces of my master bedroom, a decrease in sinus issues noted when waking up first thing in the morning, and little to no coughing during the night. We live in Vegas, so dust, sinus, and throat issues are kind of the norm. We have found that the PureSound has helped alleviate those issues. It's a little pricey, but has value if you are struggling with the aforementioned issues. The replacement filters are not too expensive, and the box came with a card offering a free replacement filter with proof of a review left on the PureZone website. The filter is supposed to be replaced every 6 months, and cleaned on a monthly basis, so there is longevity there.
All in all, satisfied with the PureZone air purifier and recommend its use to anyone struggling with dust-related respiratory issues who also wants to limit the amount of bacteria, germs, and viruses in the air.

This is a more diverse air purifier than your average purifier. It uses UV for better sanitizing of the air around you. This covers 200 square feet. My bedroom is 12’ x 16’ equaling 192 square feet and it is perfect size for my bedroom. I keep my bedroom door closed for more effectiveness in purifying the immediate area and not letting other pollutants in so that it doesn’t have to work harder and potentially saving the life of the filter.
This model has a sleek look to it and is small compared to others I have seen for the same 200 sq feet. You could put it on any flat surface being sure to keep it at a distance from its surroundings so it can have better air flow and not have to work as hard. There are four buttons on the top of this purifier. The on/off button, 3 fan speeds, UV-C /sleep, and the timer button. The timer can be set for 2, 4 or 8 hours. I like this feature since another brand purifier I have does not have a timer and I am constantly forgetting to turn it off.
BONUS: An added bonus for me is that it can also be used as a white noise machine by turning the purifier on high for better sleep!
This has a 3 in 1 filter. The HEPA filter will trap dust, pollen and other allergens, the carbon filter will absorb gases that are not good for you, and the UV-C light which will kill germs and viruses. This even lets you know when to change the filter which is another nice feature. There is a little light that will blink constantly when the filter needs to be replaced.
Instructions say you should change the filter every 6 months, but less often if it is not running constantly. There was a card included in mine that states that if you give the company feedback, they will send you a free replacement filter. Replacement filters are very reasonably priced compared to other purifiers. I highly recommend this particular purifier for all its added features that I absolutely love. For the price, you can’t go wrong.
