Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’ve been wearing my metas for about a month and I can honestly say they’re one of the best tech purchases I’ve made. At first, I thought they’d be more of a novelty, but they’ve become something I use almost every day. The first thing that impressed me was the design. They look just like regular Ray-Bans, so they don’t feel bulky or overly “techy.” I’ve gotten several compliments on them, and most people don’t even realize they’re smart glasses until I show them what they can do. The camera quality exceeded my expectations. Taking hands-free photos and videos is incredibly convenient, especially when I’m out with friends, traveling, or just want to capture a moment without pulling out my phone. The videos are smooth, and the point-of-view perspective makes everything feel much more immersive. The speakers are another standout feature. The audio is surprisingly clear, whether I’m listening to music, taking calls, or following GPS directions. I also love that I can still hear everything going on around me instead of being completely isolated like I am with earbuds. One of my favorite features is the built-in Meta AI. Being able to ask questions, send messages, take pictures with voice commands, or get information about what I’m looking at feels incredibly futuristic and saves a lot of time. Battery life has been solid for my daily use. As long as I keep the charging case with me, I rarely have to worry about running out of power. If I had to point out any downsides, I’d say the camera isn’t quite as good as my phone in low light, and the battery drains faster if I’m recording a lot of videos. But those are small trade-offs considering everything these glasses can do. Overall, I’d highly recommend the Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses to anyone who enjoys technology, creates content, travels often, or simply wants a more convenient way to stay connected. They’re stylish, practical, and genuinely useful—not just another gadget that ends up sitting in a drawer

I’m really impressed with my Ray-Ban Meta Glasses, especially with the excellent camera and video quality and how well they perform in everyday use. I also love the classic Ray-Ban design, comfortable controls, solid battery life, and how easy they are to use. The AI features are useful and convenient. I’m very happy with the glasses and their combination of style, technology, and functionality.. Special Thanks to Bestbuy also, Great Customer support and Customer service!!!

I bought the Meta glasses for my boyfriend and they honestly exceeded our expectations. He was excited the second he opened them and has been using them every day since. The audio quality is amazing, the camera is super clear, and it’s so convenient being able to listen to music, take calls, and capture moments hands-free. What we both love most is that they don’t even feel like “tech glasses” they look stylish and comfortable enough to wear anywhere. He’s gotten so many compliments on them already and keeps telling me it was one of the best gifts he’s ever received. The battery life is solid, they connect easily to the phone, and the overall experience feels really smooth and modern. If you’re thinking about getting a pair for yourself or as a gift, I definitely recommend them. They’re fun, practical, and actually something you’ll use every day.

I really like these Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 glasses. They have the classic Ray-Ban style but offer some really useful smart features. The Transition lenses are one of my favorite features because they adjust to different lighting conditions, making them convenient for both indoor and outdoor use. The camera is very convenient for taking photos and recording videos without needing to hold a phone. The hands-free design is great for traveling, walking, and capturing everyday moments. The audio quality is surprisingly good for glasses. I like being able to listen to music and answer calls without wearing earbuds. The built-in speakers and microphone make everyday use much more convenient. Battery life is important for smart glasses, and the charging case is a useful feature for keeping them charged while on the go. Overall, they combine stylish design, useful technology, and everyday convenience in one product. A great option for anyone looking for smart glasses…

I originally bought the Oakley Meta glasses because I liked the sport look, but they were just too heavy. After about 10 minutes they were putting a lot of pressure on my nose, so I returned them and bought the Ray-Ban Meta glasses with Transition lenses instead. I'm glad I did. They're much lighter, fit my face well, and I've never had an issue with them slipping off while biking or working with dogs. I originally bought these mainly to record bike rides and while working with dogs, but my favorite feature has actually become the open-ear speakers. I can listen to music or GPS directions while still hearing traffic, people, and the dogs around me. That's important for the things I do, and the volume is surprisingly good—I can still hear my music even riding into the wind. The Transition lenses work really well, and the camera makes it easy to capture rides, scenery, or unexpected moments without pulling out my phone. The charging case is also great and gives me several full charges before it needs to be plugged in. My biggest complaint is the setup. Getting message reading and some voice features working took more time than it should have. I also wish I could say, "Hey Meta, open YouTube Music," but that isn't supported yet, so I have to start it on my phone first. Once it's open, though, the touch controls on the glasses work well after a little practice. One thing to note: I wore them in a sauna once, and after about eight minutes they overheated, warned me they were too hot, shut the music off, and powered themselves down. That's probably not how they're intended to be used, but it's something I noticed. Overall, these have been one of my favorite tech purchases. They're comfortable, lightweight, easy to clean, and practical enough that I wear them almost every day. If you're trying to decide between the Oakleys and the Ray-Bans, I'd personally choose the Ray-Bans again without hesitation.

really love these Ray-Ban Meta glasses! They look stylish and feel comfortable to wear. The audio quality is great, and I love being able to take photos and videos hands-free. The matte black color goes with everything, and the glasses are easy to use. Definitely recommend them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

These are great quality Ray-Ban sunglasses, and the transition lenses are very responsive, clear, and relatively scratch resistant. As far as the Meta component goes, the technology implementation is great: Decent battery life, functionality, camera quality, sound quality, and app/controls are easy to use. However, what I've come to realize as I have been using them for a while is that this technology is still finding its place from a societal perspective. More and more I've come across situations where they are either banned or you are made to feel like a "creep" just for wearing them, even without using any capture functions. For this reason, I always take them off except for when doing the main activities I got them for in the first place: amusement park rides, outdoor sports activities, and sight seeing/travel. But I would hesitate wearing them to a beach, pool, or similar places where you would need sunglasses but might feel odd because these can take pictures. I considered giving these 4 stars but that would not be right, as the technology and the core sunglass functionality and quality are excellent. The social aspects of the product is a completely separate issue and something each individual should consider based on their local community standards.

I just bought my first pair and they’re honestly super cool and convenient. I just went on a trip to Orlando and I was able to record lots of POVs on my trip which is super cool because it is in first person, which makes me relive fun memories. On the 4 hours roadtrip, I listened to music the whole and still had lots of battery life remaining. The charging case is also very convenient because I pop it in, put them away, and they’re charging. The video quality is also pretty good as well as picture quality, only thing is you have to change the setting for the quality in the app. Overall pretty cool and convenient for people who like to be hands free.

The Meta glasses exceeded my expectations. They look just like normal glasses, but the smart features are genuinely useful. The sound quality is clear and surprisingly loud for open-ear speakers, making them great for calls, music, and podcasts without blocking out the world around you. The camera is very convenient for quick photos and videos, especially when you want hands-free recording. Setup was easy, and pairing with my phone was fast. Voice commands work well, and the controls are simple to use. Battery life easily gets me through the day with regular use, and charging is quick. Overall, these are comfortable, practical, and fun to use. If you’re curious about smart glasses but don’t want something bulky or distracting, these are a great choice.

I’ve been really impressed with these Ray-Ban Meta glasses. The audio is clear, the camera takes great photos and videos, and the Meta AI features are useful for everyday tasks. They’re comfortable enough to wear all day and they look like regular Ray-Bans, which I like. Battery life has been good for my daily use, and the setup was simple. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for smart glasses that don’t look bulky.

I originally bought these Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer glasses from Best Buy and later replaced the original lenses with my prescription lenses. That was the best decision I could have made. Now they are my everyday glasses, and I get to enjoy all the smart features while seeing perfectly. The Meta AI is incredibly useful for quick questions and everyday tasks. The open-ear audio sounds great, calls are clear, and being able to capture photos and videos hands-free is something I use more often than I expected. Everything works smoothly and feels natural. I also want to recognize the Best Buy team for their excellent assistance throughout the purchase. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire buying experience easy and enjoyable. If you wear prescription glasses, I highly recommend getting prescription lenses installed. It transforms these from a cool gadget into something you will wear every day. This is one of the best tech purchases I have made, and I highly recommend both the Ray-Ban Meta glasses and the excellent service from the Best Buy crew.

The quality!!!! Omg so far i can tell pictures abd videos taken with the glasses have more quality than the ones i take with my phone so sorry for the apple but they have to work hard to beat this iblove everything very confortable easy to use long last battery and of course look Classic

I've been using these Meta smart glasses with the clear lenses and matte frame for a few weeks, and they've exceeded my expectations. They look just like regular glasses, so they don't feel bulky or overly "techy." The matte finish gives them a clean, premium look, and they're comfortable enough to wear all day. The hands-free camera is incredibly convenient for capturing quick moments, and the audio quality is surprisingly clear for open-ear speakers. Calls are crisp, voice commands work well, and it's easy to listen to music without blocking out the world around you. The battery lasts long enough for my daily routine, and the charging case is compact and convenient. Overall, these glasses are stylish, functional, and packed with useful features. If you're looking for smart glasses that blend technology with everyday comfort, I highly recommend them. Definitely worth the purchase! I used them on my last trip and I have some amazing pictures and videos!!! See it for your self !

The Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 glasses are a sleek fusion of style and smart tech. I love how lightweight they feel, and the camera and audio are super crisp. While the lenses don’t get as dark as I’d hoped for full-on sunglasses, they’re still super functional. Overall, a stylish, futuristic accessory with great smart features.

I’ve been using the Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses for a while now, and honestly, they’ve fit into my daily routine better than I expected. What I like most is that they don’t feel like a piece of tech I have to “think about”—they just feel like regular glasses that happen to make life easier. The hands-free features are what really stand out. Being able to take a quick picture or short video without pulling out my phone is super convenient, especially when I’m busy or on the go. I’ve also been using them a lot for calls and music, and the sound quality is surprisingly clear without blocking out what’s happening around me. Another big plus is the design. They actually look good. I don’t feel awkward wearing them in public like I would with other smart devices—they blend in like normal sunglasses. Of course, they’re not perfect. The camera is good for quick moments but not something that replaces your phone, and the battery could last longer if you’re using them heavily. But for what they’re meant to do—make everyday tasks more convenient—they do a really solid job. Overall, I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for something practical, stylish, and easy to use. They’re one of those things you don’t realize you’ll use so much until you actually have them.

These glasses are so much fun. The battery lasts for days so far and so easy to use and learn prompts. The only thing i wish it had was bone conduction for the speakers but it sounds great when listening to my music nobody else can hear it but me.

Having just purchased the Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses (Gen 2), I can confidently say they live up to the hype—and then some. The immediate impression is that the quality is truly perfect. Ray-Ban has refined the design, making these feel like premium sunglasses first and smart tech second. They are remarkably lightweight and comfortable enough for all-day wear, easily blending into my daily aesthetic. The build quality feels robust, a significant upgrade from previous generations, offering a durable feel that justifies the investment. But where they really shine is functionality—they work perfectly right out of the box.

I’ve been using the Meta Ray-Ban glasses for a while now, and they’ve exceeded my expectations. The camera quality is surprisingly good, and being able to capture photos and videos hands-free makes creating content much easier. The audio is clear, calls sound great, and the Meta AI features are actually useful for everyday tasks. They look like regular glasses, so they don’t feel awkward to wear in public. Battery life has been solid for my daily use, and the charging case makes it easy to keep them powered up. Overall, they’re a great mix of style, convenience, and technology. I highly recommend them to anyone who creates content or wants a smarter pair of glasses.

GOOD QUALITY AND EASY TO USE, THEY ARE NEW SO THEY WORK VERY WELL, WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TO SEE THE LONG-TERM DURABILITY AND HOW THEY REACT TO RAINY WEATHER OR EXTREME HEAT

I honestly thought these would be gimmicky at first, but they’ve become something I use almost every day. The camera quality is surprisingly good for glasses, the speakers sound clear without bothering people around you, and the hands-free features are actually useful. Being able to quickly take photos/videos or listen to music without pulling out my phone feels super futuristic. The design also looks way more normal and stylish than I expected. Battery life could always be better, but overall these exceeded my expectations.
