I bought a 4 pack of these Rayovac 9 volt batteries and am using them in my DMM and smoke detectors. I use the DMM for 2 ~ 3 hours per day and this battery is still working after > 2 weeks (even with the back light on a lot of the time). It fits well in my smoke detector where other makes of batteries were a tight fit.
