When I was buying this keyboard I was just looking for something "pretty" to be honest. What I got was a great deal. I love it. The color scheme is awesome. The software that runs with the lights helps you pick and create all types of different designs and patterns that are responsive to the keyboard, app, audio, and games. Easy to find the Razer Synapse online community and download all types of different light patterns or watch a youtube video and get a quick tutorial on how to make your own awesome patterns. We'll worth it. I now have bought a matching Mamba Elite mouse and I will get a mouse pad in the future. Worth it!

Purchased with Razer - Basilisk Wired Optical Gaming Mouse with Chroma Lighting - Black. First backlit keyboard and the vendor software is easy to use. Great quality and good feel.

The Razer Cynosa Chroma is a gaming keyboard manufactured by Razer. It features Razer Chroma full RGB lighting. This is great for people who like their setups to be colorful and interesting. The keyboard has a nice "click" that is incredibly satisfying. You can assign custom functions called "macros" which give you the ultimate advantage in MMOS or MOBAS. This keyboard is a must-have for a gamer on a budget.

Took alittle bit of time to get back to mechanical keys but it was a good price for a good keyboard that has alot of custimization with the razer app

I really did not want to use this big, loud, flashy keyboard I got as a gift but now I am hooked on the size of the board and keys, like the ability to change programming and everyone in my office wants one! It is loud but that seems to be a satisfaction stimulus after you get used to it. Easy to use and even easy to program. Only issue I have had is unintentional key programming by someone playing with it when I am not around.

I like Razer products and this does not disappoint. The price is very reasonable and the quality is good. The RGB is fun to mess around with and set it to your liking's. Its really customization with the Synapse 3 software. Only downside is you can't control any of the RGB and stuff on the keyboard if you have a mac because the software does not work on macos but you can boot camp into windows and customize it there but the software has to be running in the background for the effects to work.

My son picked this keyboard to go with his new gaming desktop. It replaced the one that came with the computer. It looks great, I love the colors. I also enjoy typing on it. I do like the spaces between the keys, unlike a laptop. It feels comfortable and takes no time to get used to using. It is noisy, however. If you don't like the sound of typing, you might try something else. I can hear it in the living room when he is typing in his bedroom next door (door open).

Keyboard functions as good as any keyboard, mind you it isn't a mechanical with clicks sound and super response time, but it's good enough, and if you don't care too much about that then this keyboard is for you, lights up pretty cool and pretty bright , great for gaming in the dark excellent buy the keys are membrane but feel really nice when pressed, I play cs go and resident evils on my pc and the keyboard is working out great

I have had a Blackwidow (2013), a Chroma Blackwidow Stealth, and an Ornata. All were great keyboards, but the mechanical switches wore out over time. I was looking for just a plain simple keyboard with a little flash to it and this hit the mark. Still has full chroma customization, individually backlit keys, and those nice matte Razer key caps. I am a little rough on my keyboard and this is holding up nice so far - plus for $50 I can't feel too mad if I break it.

Keys are quiet! Love that it feels like a soft touch feeling. Colors are amazing love that u can choose what pattern u want. U can set into gaming mode so u dont accidentally switch off to a different window if u have multiple screens. Havent tried the macro set up yet. But will edit when I do. Overall best keyboard I've ever owned. Will buy again or an updated version in the future!

Razer Synapse really brings the product to life. Not only changing the lighting, but you can map the colors out to your favorite game for ease of use while gaming. I have stumbled across games that asked if I would like to use the presets. One click of yes and the keyboard automatically maps out the hot keys.

This keyboard has a good feel to it - responsive, satisfying keys, without the loudness or clickiness of a mechanical keyboard (which I'm not a fan of). The RGB lighting is excessive to me, but there's a lot of customization and programming you can do with it. Anyone interested in programming in flashy light patterns would have a lot of fun with it. The software for the lighting definitely has a learning curve, though.

Apparently keyboards that light up with a rainbow of colors are all the rage now-at least according to my son. This keyboard has a software driven light show that can be configured in a myriad of possibilities. The lights don’t do anything for how the keyboard actually feels when you type on it though. But I am happy to report the keys feel solid, nice throw on the individual keys, and I had no problem typing on it just as well as my own, non-lightshow keyboard.

Great gaming keyboard with beautiful RGB. The keys are non mechanical which is exactly what I was looking for as far as silence. Medium key travel which is also a plus for me since I like the feel of laptop keyboards. The Razer software for the RGB is a bit clunky but still works well enough.

Love the colors. Keys are so quiet. Very easy to use. Wonderful quality for the price.

I'm not a fan of mechanical keyboards because of the sound but also the feel, but most membrane keyboards don't have the features I want with a reasonable price tag. This one feels good and is loaded with features I didn't even think of. About double your average membrane keyboard, but stable frame, nice keys and tons of features. Rgb is easily disabled and response time is fast.

This Keyboard was exactly what I was looking for! I was looking for a Keyboard for Productivity (Gaming I use a Razer Tartarus V2 Keypad) I work from home and that is the main use of this, keystrokes are not as crisp as mechanical (of course) but do not feel as "mushy" as a lot of others. The software is easy to use whether it be key mapping, the lighting, or game profiles. Overall solid Keyboard, Precise Keystrokes, Color is bright and completely customizable!
