First keyboard I have ever purchased and I cannot say I am disappointed, 1.) It’s very budget compared to other keyboards 2.) Has a lot of customizable features with Razer Synapse 3 3.) Good keyboard in general with how it plays Highly recommended if you are looking for a budget keyboard that has a very good features.

I have this keyboard, and for the price its pretty good. I use this keyboard for everyday stuff, and love the RGB lighting. I wish that the rgb was a little more brighter, but other than that pretty great.

This is a great budget RGB keyboard if you're looking for something affordable but still want that cool factor. it performs as any keyboard should and looks amazing while doing so! The RGB control software has loads of features and its fully customizable. 10/10 would recommend!

I wanted to get a keyboard for my setup that lit up so it would match with my style and didn't want to break the bank and this keyboard is perfect for that I used this with the razer deathadder chroma and it really brought my setup to life

I'm using Cynosa Chroma for about 1 year now. And been using Naga Chroma as my mouse for about 3 years now. And i can say Razer products are the best for me. Good quality and budget friendly. Its so much worth.

This is easily the best purchase I have made on Best Buy. I have had the keyboard for about a month now I have had no problems with it and it’s exactly what you can expect from a razor.

I love how it light up and doesn't cost alot worth purchasing

It lights up and it allows you to customize each key and have multiple layouts depending on what software/game you use, two stars for that. However, it has two main issues. One is half the time it's dead on startup. It's dead as in it does not register key presses, you can't type on it, it appears broken. I have a new HP Omen gaming PC with Windows 10 installed and about half the times I power it up the keyboard lights up but I can't type. Other keyboards, even light up ones, work fine on this PC. The only fix is to disconnect and reconnect to make it work but we have to do this all the time. This is annoying to say the least. I have verified the latest drivers are installed. This should not even be an issue. The other issue is the software. We have three people using the computer with three different logins. The keyboard software supposedly supports multiple users and is supposed to use the custom profile for each user based on login. This would be nice as we could all have different light profiles and sensitivity for games and so on. However, this does not work well. The profile creation works but it doesn't use the correct profile based on login. It only remembers the last person's custom settings no matter what we do. You'll have to open the keyboard software every time and switch profile. Soooo, long story short, if you want something that works all the time, look for something else. If you want a keyboard that lights up and sometimes works, get this one. I would not recommend it.

Had it worked as it should I would have been pleased with this keyboard. Unfortunately fresh out of the box and set up it has issues. My problem so far only affects the keypad. It double types on certain numbers. I press zero and I get this (03) I press six and I get (6.) Everything else appears to work as it should. But I need my keypad. I use this keyboard for both gaming and work. It is unacceptable that brand new it has problems. And I did try trouble shooting hoping it was a bug. Apparently there are others out there with Razer keyboards having similar issues as mine. I will be taking this one back to BB. Not sure yet if I should give this a second chance with another one or go with a different brand. I honestly am disappointed, this keyboard is smooth and the lights are beautiful. Now I don't feel comfortable trusting Razer brand. If out of the box it already has issues, then later on what else will fail? Razer apparently knows this is an ongoing issue with not just this model but other model keyboards they carry. Google it and you shall see what I discovered. Such a shame. Has anyone else had this experience? If so what did you end up doing? If you went with a different keyboard do you mind sharing which one? Thanks

This was my first (serious) gaming keyboard. I was skeptical at first, however, it has held up for quite some time. It's resistant to certain liquids - I would not suggest spilling wine on it, which I've done. The keys get difficult to press if they're not cleaned. I would not recommend removing keys to clean it. Use a thin piece of papertowel inbetween the keys, or a small swab.

i got the product new and i love it this the first keyboard i every bought and it is better than keyboard i every used and i use to game on my brothers PC and his key board is bad but with razor keyboard gaming is way easier and i love this keyboard got my first win on it in apex
