I have been a Best Buy customer for decades. I have always found Best Buy to have great prices (even compared to Amazon), helpful and knowledgeable staff, and almost everything I've been looking for, including for some pretty obscure items over the years. We have purchased 4 or 5 pairs of Verizon phones here, and gotten good setup service on them. On the few occasions where I've had a warranty issue, they were quick to exchange the item or refund the price. Top notch, highly recommend!

purchasing the card was fine getting the pin number for some reason takes too long. It's not immediate. There's no reason for it to take that long to my opinion it happened a couple of times. Sometimes it's right there other times I gotta wait a whole day.

Word of caution: make sure when purchasing online its the card you want & the amount intented bc you can't exchange it.
