Better than could have hoped
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So, I bought this headset solely because the one I wanted wasn't available....I must say I would do it again in a heart beat (and no not just because it matches my keyboard mouse and mousepad from Razer) because it is fantastic and does exactly what I need for my gaming needs! Sound quality is superb and it can definitely drown out all the other noises around you for the perfect gaming experience.

Good head set

It plugs in with a USB cord and works perfectly, the sound is great and playing music is great. I have to move the mic outward from my lips cause it picks up every minor noise. The razor emblems on the ear muffs light up and a little red light on the mic lights up when you plug it in so that's nifty.

Good headset for the price

There was an instance of buzzing but it stopped after changing USB ports. Software is good even though many people say its bloatware. The one downside i do have is that the ear cups are not oval but rather circular, oval and be bought separately from Razer. The mic too is much better than expected, not as good as dedicated mic but personally one of the better headset mics.
