Very good.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Comfortable fit. Easy mic placement. Probably has greater dynamic range than I was able to achieve given the device I was connected to. Razer has a downloadable free upgrade to surround sound that I have not yet used.

Barely lasted a month
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The build quality of this headset is not very good for heavy use. One of the plastic headband extensions on the side eventually snapped out of nowhere after using it for a couple of weeks, rendering the headset useless as I wasn't able to fix it with tape. Had to return it. Otherwise, I really liked the sound quality (especially the virtual surround sound) and the addition of controls made things more convenient. The microphone was also pretty decent.

Don’t buy it
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had this headset for about 4-5 months. The headset fits great but it did not last long. It broke about month 2 into my purchase. As far as sound goes, it’s a great headset. But it is not durable in the least. Do not purchase this headset. It’s not worth 50 bucks.

Decent headset with poor build quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this headset for a little over a year now. It has mostly performed as expected in this price range. I like that it has a mute button behind the left ear. However, my mute button gets stuck regularly since I first got the headset. Today, the headset fell off of my desk onto carpet and the head band cracked. It's pretty much useless at this point as the fit is no longer snug. My recommendation would be to look elsewhere for an inexpensive gaming headset.

One Year In, Falling Apart
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this headset in Jan. 2021. This headset was used sporadically through the year to now, maybe two or three times a week. The left earphone's inner plastic that slides up in to the main head portion has cracked and the earphone no longer stays against my head. The part that agitates me is I have a pair of $9 headphones that I use multiple times throughout the day, every day, that arent even close to falling apart, let alone even showing wear. Look for other options in this price range because it seems the plastics used on this headset are not the best.

cracked in two different places in only 4 months
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.so they only lasted four months, sorry for the poor photos (the second one where its had two big chunks of plastic fall off by the screws i had to glue together) but these headphones appear to be made very poor, and i assure you i was not rough on them in the slightest. they sound good, and the 7.1 worked ok but overall they are very cheap and don't last long, since im not the only one with this issue. spend the extra bucks go with something better. would not recommend to anyone and ill be going with a different brand

Falling Apart Quickly
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you do purchase get the product replacement plan don't make the mistake I did and try to use factory warranty they will not fix or replace cracked headsets. Multiple Cracks after 3 Months and Razer does not cover this under factory warranty. Only a good purchase with the Best Buy Replacement plan. Other than that the sound quality and mic are real good but durability is a massive deal breaker.

Poor shipping standards
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is more of a review of shipping than the product itself. Product is great. Got next day delivery, however the box for the item itself was ripped open and looked like it had been stepped on. Not exactly thrilled about Best Buy shipping an item out that looked like this. The shipping box was completely fine so it was definitely someone at Best Buy thinking that this was an acceptable item to ship to someone.

||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound is okay, not the best out there. Could be a tighter fit but also is not comfortable with the avg thicc framed glasses. Good for a starter set.

Crap, don’t buy!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve purchased not 1...but 3 of these headsets thinking they could redeem themselves and it wasn’t my fault. They all broke in less than 3-4 months. I should have been wary with the price. The sound is decent but not the best. Cheaply made, it’s freaking Plastic. They either snap at the bottom or at the top of the headband. I take care of all my things and even with my meticulous care of them they still broke. Not worth, please don’t waste your money.

Buy a different brand headset
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset is poorly made. The headband is made of thin brittle plastic. Through normal use both sides of the headband developed cracks. 1 side completely broke and the headphone is no longer attached. I was very disappointed that the company classified the issue as “physical damage” and denied a warranty claim. I would recommend anyone look at headsets from other companies, Razor has cheaply made products from China and has a terrible warranty and poor customer service.

Very brittle, bad mic
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headphones are made of very cheap plastic material. The plastic on my headband cracked and broke after six months of normal usage. This is laughably consider normal wear and tear by Razer warranty support and not covered. So there, I'm out $50 now, so all I can do is not buy Razer products anymore and warn others about the quality of these. So will you go with the 4 or 5 star reviewers who probably just bought their headphones and hey no problems so far? Or will you heed the 1 star warnings?

Good sound, poor physical quality
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Functions fine, however after only a month of gentle use the covering for the head rest started peeling away

Terrible Quality (Great for short term use)
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this for less than 6 months and they broke from simple use. They've never been dropped they were only used by me and they were treated very well. The plastic that they used to create these is absolutely terrible quality.

broke in months and horrible customer support
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased two of the headsets, one of them broke on the headband in the months. The customer support sent an email to me after I filled out all the information they need, then never got back to me. Wast my money and time on this Razer headset.

Horrible Mic
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The box came with a huge hole in it, the mic has heavy feedback and I'm not sure why. The audio sounds ear bleeding with barely any bass.
