I use these headphones to play Apex Legends on my ps4. Love them, because they are very comfortable and lightweight. Mic is amazing. All my friends can hear me very clearly. I Used to have wireless headphones before and the used to die in the middle of my gaming sessions everyday, so this wired headset is perfect!

Bought these and have great sound quality. Comfortable for long gaming sessions and would highly recommend. Only complaint I have is that the microphone is not retractable like on the higher end wireless models. Mic looks like the others but is fixed and not removable. Again great option and I would highly recommend

My kids usually break these within a couple months (Turtle Beach brand), but this one has stood the test of time for 6 months. It's comfortable to wear and works great. It's also lightweight. The sound is awesome, even though we never set up the surround sound thing by going to the website.

This headset sounds great for how lightweight it is. Being super affordable, you know it’s plastic. Be easy on them, and stretch it out a little and they’ll last. Easy to wear for hours to listen, and even at a low volume I barely hear anything outside of them. Definitely recommend

This is a super light headset with great sound. They are super comfortable and the cord is decently long. I do wish it came with a usb adapter and the microphone hole has to pointed directly at your mouth for anyone to hear you but otherwise I'm very happy with this headset.

I'm 50 years old and new to gaming headsets. My kids have been asking me to play Fortnite so I watched some YouTube video reviews and this unit was mentioned in the Top 5. Best Buy has a great price on these, so here we are. I have been using a 10 year old pair of Bose headphones, so I was impressed with the bass response with these Kraken headphones. The mic is a little tricky to position correctly according to the audio feedback I get from my kids. The surround sound requires additional software to download and perhaps I haven't sorted out how to make it properly work with my sound card, but I cannot tell any difference. I can say that I really enjoy this headset, works great, very comfortable, easy to reach volume and mic cut controls with sweet pricing and fast shipment from Best Buy.

Have two pairs of these, one in white and one in black. The white definitely looks more stylin, but both are a bit of a letdown on the complete plastic frame and questionable quality non removable cable lifespan. The volume control is in a very awkward and non intuitive location. Aside from those cons, these headphones are comfortable for long use, sound great, and have a crystal clear mic. Still very competitive in the price range. I think we're at a point in time where all headsets should feature removable audio cables and mics so they don't end up in the trash when either eventually break. Not only would this extend their life, but also be better for the environment.

Great sound reproduction. The mic works very well and allows others to hear my voice without static or crackle. More comfortable than many other headsets, especially the models with metal headbands for strength. Price was fantastic.

I had to return the first pair of razer headsets I received since they were defective but the second pair worked great! The mic works well enough that people can't hear any background noise unless someone is in front of my face speaking near the mic. The mic is also crystal clear, the only thing I recommend is facing it a bit away from you so someone can't hear you breathe hard. The mute button works perfect and the headsets allow me to game without any distractions. For a person that can't really tell the difference in bass and stuff, sound quality is awesome for the price. Also, after hours of playing or listening to music, my ears don't get bothered which is important as I wear glasses! Overall, 10/10 pair of headsets, super cheap, from a great brand, and honestly goes to show you don't have to spend $300 for a good gaming experience.

Bought these for my son. It can be used with multi platforms with no issues. Has great sound and a bendable mic. He loves it when listening to music, playing games, or etc. Comfortable and lightweight according to him.

Bought for son for Christmas, he was surprised it works on all game consoles and also pc. He already owned a different one and he says this one has better quality and comfort and design, which is good considering price was good value.

Fantastic headset and fantastic mic quality. This headset is very comfortable and light weight, and you can wear it for long periods without any trouble and the mic quality is super clear. Very recommended for gaming on a budget

This is so comfortable and great sound !!! I bought this for my son ( 14y ) This is his second one , he loves this the best , he tried few more different ones , but this is the BEST GAMING HEADSET ! Great value $$ for the price . We love it

If you don't want to shell out hundreds of dollars for a headset, this is a good buy. The sound quality is good and better than I expected. The headset is fairly comfortable wearing, but I haven't identified the "eyeglasses channel" that is supposed to accommodate eyeglass wearers, but it didn't seem to matter. I bought these to be a wired headset for my work computer which can't take bluetooth or any installed software. For that it was a fine choice and a more expensive set would have been gross overkill. Installing the 7.1 surround on my personal computer wasn't super intuitive, but it wasn't that bad either.

The sound quality on this headset is really good considering the price and the noise cancelling is decent, however the build quality is very poor and Razer customer support is terrible. I bought this headset in late August 2020 and I started noticing that the plastic adjustable band had started to break in half in late December 2020. I used this headset daily, for long periods of time and to be honest, it was very uncomfortable. If I adjusted the band to be a bit more loose than what I felt comfortable with, it would start to slide off my head slowly and just become a nuisance. The adjustable band broke off today on January 5th, 2021 just by flexing it a little while taking it off. My return period with Best Buy was obviously over by the time the headset broke, so I went to Razer support because they ensure and openly advertise that their products are of high quality and long lasting compared to their competitors, which is not the case. After spending 30 minutes on a live chat with a Razer assistant constantly telling me that they have to ask their supervisor for permission with everything that they do, I was ultimately told that my headset fell under CID, aka Customer Induced Damage. The assistant was very helpful and told me that they could try to appeal that decision for me but at that point, it was just laughable at how stingy their policies and support line were that I really had no hope that this very wealthy company would ensure their promises of a reliable, long lasting product to any consumer. Not so surprising, the case was not overturned and I practically flushed my money down the toilet with this cheap Razer headset. I am just disappointed in the build quality in this Razer headset because it lasted for less than 5 months after regular, daily use. A cheaper, good reviewed headset on Best Buy would probably last you a lot longer than this junk. Another thing to note, the fake leather ear cups are HUGE oil magnets. If you have slightly greasy hair and/or skin then be prepared to clean those ear cups almost everyday. I cannot recommend this headset to anyone at all, it is just a huge waste of money and you're better off spending it on a headset of higher quality or if you do your research, you can find a well preforming headset with better build quality somewhere else.

I was looking for headphone for light gaming. This headset has a nice surround sound. It sits very comfortable in my head with multiple hours of gaming at a time. Best of all, it works all the gaming console! Great Value

Have been having trouble finding headphones that last, this have held well So far, and they are actually compatible with the xbox. Most say they are and then you take them home and find out you have to use the adaptor.

The headset sound quality on my ps4 was very good, base was loud, good mic and could pick up all sounds very well. This headset stayed intact especially since ive used it for 2 years and haven’t had any cosmetic issues. One issue that the aux cord has is a static noise that happens every once and a while. It can be annoying to deal with but is bearable. And for 20 dollars you cant go wrong

Bought these for my 11yo who had a pair of Lucid Sound ones that started to break. Her old set were good but the mic stopped working so she couldn’t talk to friends. We got these primarily due to the price and Razer name brand, and I have to say they are worth every penny. Very good quality, great for, and great sound.

It offers good sound and decent comfortable ear cushioning and allows use onto every platform. No complaints as of now. Nothing extraordinary.
