Returned it for a Razer Blackshark V2 Pro!

The Statistics information provided for the Audio Frequencies...etc...is incorrectly listed here on Best Buy's website. Best Buy's listed info is ACTUALLY from the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro. The following is the Correct information Copied directly from Razer's website: TECH SPECS FREQUENCY RESPONSE: 20 Hz – 20 kHz IMPEDANCE: 32 Ω (1 kHz) SENSITIVITY: 107 ± 3 dB (1 kHz) DRIVER SIZE - DIAMETERS (MM): 50 mm Beyond the information being incorrect on Best Buy...the actual item is Very Nice...though it is on the Heavy side. The Mic is Not very good...and the software takes some getting used too...and for finding the right match for the use intended...(Ex. FPS gaming, Music, Movies, etc...). I returned it for a Razer Blackshark V2 Pro due to its better Audio and Mic performance as well as Comfort! That said...the cooling gel in the Nari Ultimate is a welcome feature on it that will be sadly missed.

Bought this while it was on sale. Tried it out along with a turtle beach stealth 600 for PS4. This headset is worth about $150 at most. Pros Very comfortable. Great sound and haptic feedback/hypersense. Retractable mic that glows red when muted. Good mic quality. Rotating ear cups. Gel cushioned ear cups. Hidden layer to help with people who wear glasses. Cons Heavy, bulky, looks awkward. Can cause headaches using the haptic feedback/HyperSense. Can be overwhelming playing certain games, movies, music. Loose fit.

pretty good. sounds great and the bass is why i got it. the vibrations are great but if thats not your vibe watch out for that. the only thing i can complain is that it gets heavy after hours and will heat up your ears. but takes more than 4 hours to get to that point. would recommend

The Nari ultimate itself is great. The headset is comfortable, not too hot, and the sound is excellent. There is a lot of attention to detail here and, for example, even the micro usb charging cable is braided and high quality. The drawback, like with any Razer product, is their software which in my experience has been unreliable. At first, I couldn’t get Synapse to install correctly. Razer support was unhelpful and I ultimately solved the issue myself. Yet there continue to be issues with connectivity via Bluetooth even when the headset is a mere few feet. Razer support has once again been unhelpful and has suggested it is a driver (Synapse) issue and has asked me to try using a different pc without Synapse installed. But I don’t just have another high end gaming pc in my house so I’m just going to keep it wired. Maybe there is something janky about my PC but it’s basically all the best parts and I built it myself and am very experienced. Bottom line: the headset is worth the money if you can get it to work as it is intended to work. For me, it isn’t as simple as plug and work perfect although (1) it should be and (2) I’ll get to that point with enough work.

I bought these for playing FPS PC games. The 2.4 means there is hardly any lag, if any compared to wired. Wireless was important for me, and these were the best option I could find. When compared to all other wireless headphones for gaming, these are top notch. When compared to al pc gaming head phones (wired or wireless) they are somewhere between middle of the road and good. - Bass is awesome - Haptic feedback is good. I have it turned down, but still on because it is reactive and fun. - Midtones are missing when you listen to music. Though, you can hear everything during gameplay. I think that is more of me not balancing EQ correctly. - They are comfy. They slide a little if you look straight down quickly. - they fit glasses ok. - haven’t had issues with the mic. I went from a Blue yeti mic to these, and no one i play with has issues hearing me. - they fit everyone’s head. From a five year old to a big guy like me. - battery life is pretty good.

Great headset with amazing sound and haptic feedback. A little heavy so it takes some getting used to and it doesn’t adjust but it’s very well built and is by far the best sounding I have come across

I have to say I really love this headset! I returned the Corsair Virtuso headset because it was so uncomfortable and warm to wear for extended periods of time. Sound: Super good and if you have dolby atomos even better! I do not have to crank this up as loud as I did with the Corsair ones. The Razer Synapse app is good and easy to use. So I was able to play around with some of the settings. First time I have actually used the haptic feedback. It is unique and I truly love it. You have EQ settings so you can adjust to whatever you please. Design: The earcups are cool for extended wearing periods. These do not get warm after 2-3 hours of use. The headband is comfortable and is stable so headphones do not move around. It is not too tight or too loose. I do like that the microphone is retractable so you do not see it or lose it if you do not use it. Mic quality is good but there are better mics out there. This one is good and you cannot go wrong with it.

These headphones sound great for music, movies, and games. But the battery runs dry a bit to soon for me and take about 4 hours to fully charge from empty. So I almost always have them plugged in. The rumble effect is nice and is immersive. The design is sturdy enough and is fairly comfortable even when wearing glasses for hours. The battery issue is the only reason I didn't go with the full 5 stars.

I have had this headset for about a month now and I am happy to say I’m glad I made this purchase. Like many of you reading this, I spent several hours over the course of a few days trying to find the right headset. I ended up deciding on the Nari Ultimates after reading and watching reviews on the haptic feedback. The build quality is great and the mic is not as bad as everyone makes it sound. The audio quality is not the worst, but definitely is not the best compared to dedicated audio listening devices. However, you are not looking at this review and headset for maximum audio quality or the best mic... you are here for the haptic feedback offered by this headset... and wow does it deliver. The Haptic feedback is truly a unique experience. You literally feel the audio as you are playing. I play a variety of games ranging from RTS to FPS and everything in between. For FPS games, you feel like your in the game even more than before. For RTS games, explosions and combat feel more alive than ever. I have unfortunately not yet tried the headset with my Oculus Rift, but based off of the current experience with the device... it will only add to the immersion. If you are like me and want a bigger step towards immersive gameplay, than try this headset for yourself and enjoy taking your games to the next level. If you want the absolute best quality audio and mic however, this is not the product for you, and I would recommend looking elsewhere as many other brands offer better audio for a similar price. Hope this helps in your headset journey!

The haptic feedback is 100% cool. They're super comfy slightly oversized but expected by the design. The battery life is prob 4ish hrs if you have the rgb active and the haptic past 40%. It's a tradeoff for the haptic experience no regrets there. The mic is clear but during a gaming session so much of vibration by the haptic and the sound leak from the ear pieces comes in bad and that mic no matter how you tune it, people are going to hear it. I use a stand alone mic then tuned the sound for maximum footstep hearing and turned up the haptic for the effect. If you can't get a stand alone mic. That will be the only thing that leaves you slightly negative. I really like them though. Keep a usb cord close. **Turning your rgb off gets you the longer use time.

Was kind of skeptical on the whole haptic feedback on a headset, but surprisingly it really did add to the immersion while gaming. Sound quality is very good, but not amazing, and they are a little overpriced. I am, however happy with the purchase and enjoy the extra layer of depth that the feedback provides. Build quality could have used a little less plastic in vital areas like the ear cup holder / joint.

These headphones are huge and bulky. The battery life isn’t great. I wouldn’t even recommend these for general every day use (YouTube, music, etc). However, when playing a game like Battlefield or The Division 2, WOW. These make it feel, yes feel, and sound like you are actually firing the gun or having a grenade explode near you. It’s amazing. I highly recommend these to gamers, in particular fans of shooters.

Playing on a PS5 these headphones had great sound. The haptic feedback was an amazing addition to the feel and sound of these headphones. They are very confotable as the fit fully around my ears vs on my ears. The downside was the mic quality. My friends could hardly hear me, heard their echos, and heard my gameplay sound through my mic. If you play solo games, this is a great sounding and feeling headset. If you play online with friends a lot then you might want to purchase a different headset with better mic quality.

The sound is very high quality and the bass is really nice when listening to music. My only isssue is whenever I’m playing games with people and have my volume turned up they say I have an echo and no matter what I do if I have the volume turned up there is an echo. Basically I have to keep it turned down or it will echo and that’s a bummer for me because I like being able to hear as much as possible gamin. Other than that it has been good. Its got good battery life and nice features.

The first 2 months, I was shocked that they were so loud, had deep base but a few months into using them. I ran into them not holding a full charge, giving me only an hour of use time. The blue tooth distance was maybe 8-10 feet. I did enjoy the sound quality, i just wish they worked like they did from day 1.

This headset was great! The haptic feedback does really work but I did personally feel after a while you stop feeling it as much. The surround sound is definitely amazing and has a great bass feel. I mainly game on the xbox one so the options of the headset were extremely limited. My issues were that it has not bluetooth and that it lacks options for other devices. I would have at least desired to have the RGB chroma work even if wired or be able to edit on PC and allow for it to function with those settings. Since my preference was on Xbox One I did not feel it was worth it for me but for PC use (and possibly PS4) It definitely has a lot and personally $200 is cheap for what it does. Note: when wired you can still turn the headset on for the haptic feedback and green light on the logo but a lot more is limited unless used wireless. Places to use wireless for now are on PC and I think PS4.
