Customer Ratings & Reviews

I love this keyboard. It is wired, but very easy to set up. I can easily change the RGB colors to any and every color imaginable. The keys are a louder and crispier noise that have a magnet to each touch, so it's not a swift and linear click (which I had to get used to). The wrist-rest with all the fun Sanrio characters is a hard plastic that is separate from the keyboard itself, but it is magnetized and I never have issues with comfort or from it moving around. I also love the convenient music control buttons on the top-right corner of the keyboard. The only "issue" I've found that is really more of an annoyance than a problem is the wire cord. It still has kink creases from being in the packaging, so it's an eye-sore for me. It's definitely a great keyboard that I use daily for multiple hours with work and gaming. I've had it for about a month now and no issues besides the wire cord bends so far!

The item came quickly, was absolutely adorable, and I'm more than satisfied with the purchase. The Chroma app that comes with Razr Chroma products is easy to use and very fun to customize with. The magnetic wrist rest is a game changer and makes my desk space all the more versatile. I love this keyboard! Will be buying more from Best Buy soon!

[Employee of bestbuy] Wanted a different fun color for my setup after using the same membrane for over 10~ years. The sharp clicking sound from other options that are straight mechanical drove me insane and did not feel well at all for typing/gaming, the ornata was the right fit for me! Very thin keys allow for a fast typing experience which is a lot more comfortable, the dedicated buttons in the top left are also very dandy and responsive. My only problem is that the wrist rest feels a little flimsy due to how weak the magnet is.

I love this keyboard!!! I love the lights, you can connect to the Razer app and adjust to your preferences. The mechanical keys feel great. The arm rest is ADORABLE, and magnetic. Overall an amazing keyboard, fast shipping as well. Super happy with my purchase!!

Wrapped under the tree for our child. Already know Quality will not disappoint. Experience A+ 5 stars. Our older daughter has this exact one and we are repeat customers. Thank you all for all you do! Will be buying one more gaming set up after Christmas. Thanks to all of you!!

This Hello Kitty keyboard is absolutely adorable! The color is so pretty, and it looks even cuter when the RGB lights are on. The lighting makes it stand out and gives it such a fun vibe. The typing experience is also amazing. The keys feel smooth and satisfying to press, and the sound is incredibly satisfying without being too loud. I actually look forward to typing on it every day. If you’re a Hello Kitty fan or just want a cute keyboard with a great typing feel, I highly recommend it!

I love how these keys type. It works better than my last keyboard and it is super cute.

I love the height of the keys and the sound. I miss the full number keypad but not a deal breaker.
