One year later and we are still have fun with this little tough electric dirt bike - will recommend for sure

This was a gift for my son who wants to be a professional racer. He totally loved it.

Battery life is short. Does not hold up well. Motor is weak. Its adequate at best.

My kids have been using it everyday they can. The charging time is a bit long, I wish it could have a shorter charging time. Overall is very good.

Bought this for my son, who was super excited to get a bike like this. Bought 650 instead of 350 because reviews said 350 was more fragile and had issues. My son rode it for less time than what it took for me to assemble it because it just dropped dead. Will turn it on however would not accecelarate. Tried everything and turned for help online to realize it is a lot more than what I can sign up for to try and make it work!

This was perfect for my 9 yr son he loves it! Definitely recommend my 13 yr old and husband can even ride it

This is an amazing product. We ordered one for my son to see if we liked it. We loved it. So, we went ahead and proceeded to order a second one for my daughter only to find Best Buy no longer carries it. We wanted to buy 2 so there was no arguing.......The pricing was decent here so , we could do that. Now, we can't. Very upsetting !!!!!!! My daughter is not happy.

Called a "Dirt Bike", but no advance disclosure in the advertising until you buy it and read the instructions that it is designed almost exclusively for hard, flat, level ground, and that riding up slopes could overheat the engine or blow fuses, etc.,especially with an adult operator. A good product, but major limitations.

Perfect starter dirt bike for my 13 year old daughter!

We purchased this for my 10 year old Son. He loves it. It seams like it's well build. We have only been able to have him ride a few times because of the snow but once spring comes I know we wont be able to keep him off it.

Biggest disappointment for my son. He received it, he loved it while it lasted but it was short lived. It stopped working. My husband has spent hours on the phone troubleshooting with customer service. They have sent parts … none of which worked. Enough already. I have been a Best Buy customer for years and I have never been so disappointed. I wish they would do what is right and replace his bike!

I have made a review and it did not stay. I purchase this for my son for Christmas and four months later it just stopped working. No reason. I’ve reached out and tried to get a new charger and battery and no help. This bike was expensive for only months. The manufacturer should definitely look into the issues

Great for the price and to putt around, not very much power and cant really pull my son up hills. I know youre able to upgrade the motor fairly easily which is the main reason we went with this model. Overall a good first “bike”.

A two-man job to assemble, but a surprisingly powerful electric motor.

The battery and the battery charger went out in less than a month time

We bought it thinking it would be great since it has a lot of great reviews. Well... It lastest two weeks and then stopped working. Best buy says it's final sale and nothing they can do. Razor says that the part is on backorder and it's going to take 4 months for it to be shipped. A waste of over $700! Not to mention the upset child
