I bought the phone to replace a much older model 2 line RCA I had for years which was great. The new phone looks nice but it is very difficult to program and use. There are many more features crammed into it which makes it so complicated. I don't want to use it for a moon shot: I just want to use it to talk. I could really use some help with the programming. Also the print on the handset is very small and hard to read. I don't like complaining but I wish I hadn't bought it.

The phone works well and is easy to use. The cordless extension sets make it very convenient for mobility.

haven't figured everything out on it yet but so far we liked it. wish the buttons were different but thats my taste other like it just how it is.

Small business use requires numerous hard lines. This gets the job done.

This phone is great for any small business and it comes with a core less phone

Replaced all the batteries...... three of the phones work and then short time later stop working..... no signal.... no power.... I then unplug battery and then re-plug in and the phone works.... like a hard re-set or something.... very frustrating ....missing calls when up stairs or anywhere except near bas unit..... three portable phones all doing same thing.... batteries brand new

First, there are not too many high-end consumer phones available in the 'box' stores. This looked good and has many desirable features. After a little more than three weeks I'd had enough. If there are lemons in business phones, I definitely had one. The cord from the receiver to the base had a short somewhere and I was suddenly hearing clients say "I can't hear you". Also, unless I had the phone very close to my mouth clients also said "speak up". I returned it within the allowable time with no regrets. Too bad. Asthetically, it looks great.

Broke down in 6 months. HAve been trying to call customer service but the call those numbers are "service not available".
