This is a very good universal remote for a reasonable cost. It can be configured to control 3 different devices. We set it up for Insignia HDTV, Roku streaming, and Sony Blu-ray player. It uses 2 AAA batteries and has backlighting just around the centered circular button. I bought 2 of these remotes recently. One was PERFECTLY good and we are using it daily. I returned the other which somehow had top and bottom assembled crooked. The Best Buy in-store return process was simple, so I will happily buy more of these remotes as needed.

The setup was quite easy. You can look up codes or let the remote find the code automatically. I tried both methods on different devices. It works with less popular brands like Emerson TV. Mine is programmed with an old Emerson TV, Roku, and LG Blu-Ray. I wouldn't mind a fourth connection to a sound system, though. Another regret I have is that there is no voice feature. The LED backlighting is good for a dark room but it only highlights the middle of the remote control. All in all, I recommend this remote for ease of setup and ease of use. Be sure to have AAA batteries on hand!

I bought it because it’s supposed to control up to 3 devices. My purpose was to register 2 televisions and my roku. It can only register one television at a time plus my roku. However, I believe a third device can be a dvd•vcr. Setup was easy though; you don’t have to input codes you can easily hold down the device button on the control, while Pointing it to a powered on device, until the power buttons blinks and stops. Then device is registered. Many brands are compatible! See pics. Buttons are firm enough where you do not have to press super hard to get a response.

Love this universal remote. Works great with my TV, Blu-Ray player and ROKU. Make sure your hang onto the directions to program this remote. The info is not listed on the RCA website and hard to find.

I picked up this RCA 3-Device Backlit Remote to replace the pile of remotes on my coffee table, and it’s been a lifesaver. I purchsed this to use for my TV, Soundbar, and Xbox. It works perfectly on all 3. The sound bar an older JBL and Samsung TV. No issues with hooking them up and using for all them. Instructions were easy to follow.

Works well with any TV. I ended up buying three of them so that I would have a remote for other TVs and a spare.

Our roku remote went out on us and we needed a remote to update our internet password to the TV since our phones were unable to accomplish this. Found this remote and it was priced well so we purchased it. We successfully updated the password and were considering just returning it, however, it was so well priced and does everything we need it to we decided to keep it. At the end of the day its just a remote and it does what its supposed to.

The controller works better than the original that came with the TV! Easy to program, just entered the TV code - TADA!!! In addition to those features, the controller also tastes GREAT! (Our pugs have chewed-up two of them already - apparently they don’t like the channels we watch.)

I buy a universal TV remote because we can’t find our remote. This TV remote works and on both our TVs after we pair them up.

I have purchased, and set up many replacement remotes for myself & others. This one is by far the easiest to setup. Many functions too!

Was slightly worried that it would cause issues with the tv, second one we've bought (the first was not from Best Buy) ;however, this one works amazing! No issues and a quick relay between the remote and tv! Highly recommend

It's works well with the TV and is compatible with the Roku, which is great. The only odd feature is the "light up" button. I had thought it would light all the buttons on the remote for the dark, but it only lights up the circular selection button, so I have difficulty seeing the volume/channel buttons in the dark.

Very easy and cheap universal remote, I would definitely recommend, so many different options and was very quick and easy to connect to my LG tv

Bought this after i lost the remote that came with my element smart tv. was easy to connect and still works even after i found the original remote - i can use both remotes still with no problem.

Follow the directions, be patient and it is very easy to set up and it works great. It also helps to put the batteries in the correct way. LOL

I love that it now has a netflix button so it is a lot easier to get to the app. I also like how it has an exit button so it is faster to get back to where you were before without going going backwards 5 times before you get to the screen where you want to be. This remote is an excellent improvement over the last remotes!
