This phone did not want to import any of my contacts. It's a very nice phone but the reason why I returned it is because the user interface was very not friendly. And for an Android it did not want to Port my number in.

dont trust any of there sales personal they will lie right to your face tell you the phone your buying will work with spectrum then have you sign says they have a restock fee ok . then you take the phone to get turn on an then spectrum tell you the phone not compatible with there service . never open the phone package an said i had pay the restock fee , all they could say me you sign you pay with a big smile

I was sent a “Open Box” I{shone that was sent loose in a plastic shipping bag without any accessories. To top that off, the phone had a olde battery on it with a 50% “service battery” warning on it when I turned it on. Called Best Buy and they want me to send it back. Fine but then Best Buy is trying to charge a $45 restocking fee for a defective phone they sent me????

What a crooks. Best Buy is getting worse and worse. No wonder I will buy elsewhere after this. Paid for a new lens received a used one, it only took me 3 hours on the phone and 4 agents to schedule return pick up and on top I has been charged restocking fee. There are plenty sellers online and will not buy from you again. Good luck.

Perfect amazing sizable ridiculous price for the whole thing

Staff is very friendly. Manager was well knowledgeable contrary to the the Manager Zack at Stonybrook, NY who had no knowledge of return policy for prepaid phones and wanted me to pay restocking fee. Thanks to Best Buy of Patchogue, NY

Great phone, can put in my chest pocket, or unfold to make it work like an IPad mini. Sound is good. Visual for watching live streaming television or movie video is great. Keyboard for typing email or text messages is great.

I never opened the box. I should not have been charged a restocking fee. I never used the item. I never turned it on. I never took it out of the box. I never opened the box.

Camera sucks. Dont buy, it is not worth $800 (with taxes and warranty). Also, the gentleman that sold me this camera denied any hidden fees, upon return I was charged $100 for a “return fee”.

Bought a new iPhone online. Went to pick it up and it was not active. Best Buy nor Verizon could get it activated. Returned and was charged $45 restocking fee. Horrible business!

Ordered the wrong item, reordered the right one the same day, returned it unused and unopened and was charged a restock fee. Makes me not want to order on line anymore.

Worst experience ever. I received an iphone x with a problem in the screen and the refund is less than I payed

Product is not good for the price. I just do not like the restocking fee as we just opened and returned it with in one day.

Well this my opiniin. I bought fold 3 , and used for few days and realised that this device is useless for me. Total waste of money. Returned it back
