Best alarm system. Used the kit for a year now and it’s been great!

Perfect set up for our new home. Contained everything we needed to set up and alarm our home. Easy to add additional cameras.

I recently installed this home security system for my parents and after the install I was fully sold on getting one for myself. It is extremely easy to set up and use. I did have a slight hiccup when installing my parents system due to the fact that they use and Apple devices and with the Apple devices there's a little connectivity issue when setting up the Wi-Fi access. It wasn't hard to find a quick work around for it but it did slow down the process just a little bit. Once fully installed this gave no problems with their Apple device. The system is great for parents like me with small children giving us alerts when a door has opened or if someone forgot to close something. When on the go it's nice to be able to check on our home and know it is secure. It's also nice to know that the system has its own internal batteries so if there's a loss of power the security system is still able to arm and stay armed.

I have had the ring doorbell for years now and it seemed quite natural that I would migrate to a Ring Alarm System. I did. I left ADT and decided upon such as it integrated well with that was already in place. I really prefer the self monitoring and the idea that it’s at such a low cost... $8.50/mthly. I love the ease of installation too. Did it myself and quick too.

Bought this on sale I think for $195 and it’s an easy setup also bought the 1yr ring protect plus from them to monitor my home and record video storage included I think that a good deal. This kit has everything to get started I already added a stick up cam and doorbell outside.

It was so easy to install and connect. Only problem is sensor fell off the wall and yes I cleaned the wall prior to installing and I wish it came with a bracket for permanent installation So I need to buy more tape. The free echo 3rd gen. Just sweetened the pot.

Works as expected. Changed from ADT to Ring Alarm and cannot be happier about that decision.

My Ring devices provide me with the same quality security as a highly priced security system.

The keypad in the set is defective; instead of the digits running from 0 through 9, there are two 9s and no 8. I thought that it wasn't a big deal, but it turns out that the first 9 key doesn't act like an 8 if you use it in your security code. Of course, I realized this after installing every other piece and gluing the sensors to the doors, windows, and walls. Reached out to Ring customer service twice and they were completely useless (one time they completely ignored my question). They wanted me to reach out to their support team for troubleshooting. How do you troubleshoot a visibly defective piece of equipment? Also reached out to Best Buy and all the only option I had was to return the whole thing. Again, everything is now installed and I would have to remove everything just to have one of the pieces replaced. It's a waste of time and a waste of materials. If this is how Ring responds to such an insignificant issue, it makes me wonder how useful they would be in an emergency.

Love it! I just need to get a solar charging mounting kit.

I’ve had a Ring Door Bell, flood light cameras, Smart Carbon Monoxide And smoke detectors in my home for a while. This product truly brings out the true potential in those smart home components and has simplified the process of Disarming and Arming my home without the need for an app. The system installed easily, it looks clean and timeless makes a pleasant sound when the doors open! I’ve accidentally tripped the alarm a few times and you can really hear it. Works with Alexa devices for added convenience! I’m truly glad I purchased this, absolutely one of my best Smart Home purchases yet! I strongly recommend!

Day one: installation day: - The good: Super clear and easy instructions. - The bad: lots of errors, almost at every step (check out the screenshots). This is VERY frustrating. Day 2+: - to come as an updated review.

Pros - Hardware Installation is easy. - App is setup process is painless. - Reasonable price point for a home monitoring package - Is not expensive to add more sensors. - Adds piece of mind that my home is monitored while away. - Integrates seamlessly wit Amazon echoes and existing ring products. - Cons -Built-in siren needs to be louder - You will need to spend time in the app and the Ring help pages to setup additional features.

I love the ring alarm and all the option you can add to it. The annual service is cheap and it’s super easy to install. 5 stars 4 sure

After using the Ring alarm system for 3 months, Ive had time to evaluate the system. I used a 3 point system for evaluation and here is my report. quality is above standard, easy to install and works great Bottom line is it works and works well.

This item is great been working perfectly over a year now , easy install …you can drill but don’t need to ..I use double sidle heavy duty wall hangers

It looks like a product to me but it needs to be connected to an outlet all the time
