Customer Ratings & Reviews

The only problem it’s the battery goes fast so you need to charge it during your cleaning

This Roborock F25 Ultra has been an absolute lifesaver for our daily cleaning routine. We recently finished a major kitchen renovation, and I wanted a premium, powerful tool to keep the new floors looking absolutely pristine. This vacuum and mop combo delivers exactly that. The 356°F steam mop feature cuts through stubborn grime effortlessly, and the hot temperature vacuum mop handles everyday spills without leaving any cloudy streaks behind. Having a cordless, all-in-one unit saves so much time compared to dragging out a separate vacuum and mop. It has also been fantastic for cleaning up what our furry friend leaves behind. It easily sucks up pet hair and sanitizes the floors in a single pass, which gives us incredible peace of mind. The build quality feels very high-end, the battery life is solid, and the self-cleaning function works like a charm. Highly recommend!

I love this cleaner. I have three dogs and two cats, so keeping the floors clean can be a constant job, but this makes it so much easier. It’s simple to use, handles everyday pet messes really well, and saves me a lot of time. Definitely a great choice for a busy pet household. I have never loved an item more than this cleaner. <3

It runs smoothly and cleans very efficiently i would love the battery to last longer but it charges pretty fast

I had 7 dogs when I first purchased this vacuum and let me tell you am I impressed. Having so many pets I’ve gone through a fair share of vacuums/mops/robots/steamers and this is by far the best one. I have lvl flooring and it steams it while vacuums all the dog hair and dust. Due to a senior dog I have many area rugs and this thing goes over them and steams them nicely. One of my best purchases thus far.

I've been extremely happy with this purchase. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and does a great job at cleaning our tile floors. The steam cleaning option was 100% worth the extra cost.

Works great, Cleans nice. Only thing is you do have reduced cleaning time if you use steam cleaning. For a 2000 sq ft area using heated water you will need to charge one additional time to finish the whole area.

This is the best thing It’s a vacuums and and steam mop at the same time saves me so much more time and the floors come out very very clean highly recommended plus it’s cordless and lightweight as well

Very satisfied with my vacuum. This product really cleans the floor. I was the steam setting almost daily and have a peace of mind knowing that my space is clean.

I would like to see it scrub a little more. But once it heats up it does a fair job

Very well contructed vacuum. Met and surpassed my expectations. Really love that it cleans deep.

I have had this vacuum under three weeks. It no longer holds charge and has no vacuum power. Roborocks is no a product thst Best Buy supports and tbe mscbine is no longer returnable. This product does not havw the typical 30 day window. The vacuum if life changing while it worked.

Product looks and feels quality, but finding support, and how-to videos for using on YouTube or the Internet browser, are very confusing and unavailable. I basically tried out my unit over some overspray paint on my vinyl floors and was unimpressed that in steam mode, with solution added, did nothing. I'm still very unclear on what is going on and how to use my product.

i have an elderly pet so i was in need of a mop an’ bucket! ENTER THE ROBOROCK INTO MY LIFE!! This unit is easy to set up - use - clean - and leave waiting on its power pad for the next time my little ol’ lady doesn’t quite make it outside in time. Whether you chose steam mode or hot water mopping your wood, tile, and linoleum surfaces will sparkle - mine do!

Very good wirk very good i recomended thevtile look like new

Works good on vinyl plank but I bought it primarily for porcelain floors. It doesn’t do good job on grout lines and scratches floors. Dirty water stays in grout lines and suction isn’t strong enough to get it out. Steam option only lasts 30 minutes on a full charge.

best option for value, clean perfect and remove debris , the best is that clean the roll and dry to avoid odor, perfect for price

DOESN'T GET UNDER CABINETS. SOAP DISPENSING DOES NOT WORK. TROUBLESHOOTING WITH TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS LACKLUSTER AND ZERO FOLLOW UP. UNABLE TO CONNECT TO APP. SAVE YOURSELVES MONEY WITH A CHEAPER BETTER OPTION.
