This is an amazing addition and helps maintain clean floors during busy life! Unit works amazingly well.

This is my second roborock robot vacuum. The old one would get tangled on oriental rug fringe and had problems going over sills. This one has no problems withsills and has never been tangled. It gets into corners and does a great job mopping is well as vacuuming.

I'm still trying the different settings, so far it does a good vacuum and a medium mop. I see a version for a deep mop that I'll try. I like that it is very good at mapping and avoiding obstacles, and self-washing and emptying.

I have had several. This one is just ridiculous. It’s going to goodwill soon. I am not dealing with it anymore. Constantly getting stuck. Drops piles of pet hair all over the place and it’s wet. The mop pads fall off. I could go on for days. But going to end it on a sour note. It’s a complete , utter piece of junk . Do not buy

This is my favorite robo vac. I have owned multiple brands but this one is top. There is a lot of maintenance you have to do to keep it clean though

I will start with what this robot does well. The design of the mop cleaning area is wonderful. That part is easy to remove for cleaning. The rest is pretty awful. The robot is constantly getting clogged due to the design of the emptying mechanism. I have it run after we go to bed and often have to pick up globs of dirt off of the carpet in the morning. The bag that is supposed to collect the dirt at the end of the cycle fits in an awkward way so only partially fills before clogging the whole system. Have encountered a new issue with the machine being on the dock and not charging but going into sleep mode instead. Getting support from RoboRock is almost impossible. Overall considered a very poor purchase in our household.

It is costly than any other robot vacuum, but it is worth the investment. Mopping is very strong compared to other brands.

I’ve had Roborock models before with much better success. This machine has not once completed a clean without getting stuck (0/5 attempts). Mapping was fast but the obstacle avoidance is seriously lacking. Now I have an error 5 that can’t be cleared so either it malfunctioned or the bearings seized up. Complete disappointment especially at the price point.

This vacuum cleaner and mop does a great job! Easy to setup and maintain.

An amazing addition to our home! First off, the thing looks classy and fits right in our living area. The setup was a breeze, and there have been no issues so far. The app is intuitive and makes it so easy to manage schedules/routines. The hair de-tangling system was a major highlight for me before buying, and I can confirm that it works super well.

Good build and features, but at $1,400 it felt overpriced — now that it’s $900, it finally matches what you actually get. Performs well and looks great, but paying $1,400 only to see it drop to $900 stings a bit — value didn’t match the premium price. Solid product overall, but not worth what I paid in January — great choice now that the price is fairer. I like it, but early buyers like me overpaid; $900 feels right, $1,400 didn’t. Strong performer with quality feel, yet steep early pricing makes it hard to recommend at full cost.

Worth every penny! Especially love the mop function.

I just replaced my old robots and so far, this one device is doing a much better job than those two devices did. Would absolutely recommend

- The brushes got stuck one time because it picked up a plastic thread - And one time it would not dock due to some error that eventually resolved

This is a great product there’s probably something better out now but we have had it for a year now and would buy it again

I haven’t had very long. But so far it has been great.
