It kept saying WiFi password was wrong every time, and i tried and tried to connect. I also did many factory resets. And still didn't want to connect.

Avoid if you have pets

There is no clog in the tubing. The problem appears to be the very small port between the internal dust canister and the docking station OR the vacuum in the docking station is not strong enough to pull the hair through the small opening. I have the unit vacuuming daily and returning to empty after each room. I’m forced to manually empty the container each day.

I have it vacuuming 4 days a week and vac/mop the other 3 days. 2300 sf of hardwood floors with 4 dogs. I’ve had it for a month and so far I would highly recommend it. We have only small area rugs on our wood floors and I’ve had no problems with them either.
