Roku Premiere+ is very easy to use, especially for Android tablets and mobile phones. It took me less than half an hour to get both tablets and mobile phones working to stream to TV. However, streaming to Apple tablets and mobile phones is another story. It is difficult and time consuming. Still has not figured out how to stream from Vchannels app to TV via Ipads and I-phones. Still it is a great product for streaming pictures and videos to TV. Will buy again.

If your TV does not have streaming capability built-in, I highly recommend a Roku device. Roku has a simple and intuitive interface and it has good response to searching. The Premiere+ has most of the features of the Ultra at half the price. The Premiere+ includes an RF remote, which means no need to point it directly at the Roku device. My only complaint is that you cannot turn it off. I had to connect it to a power strip to keep it from always drawing power.

This is my 4th Roku device and the first one capable of 4k UHD and HDR. It's much faster than the older models and the ability to listen with earbuds is a definite plus. The Roku brand has been around for several years and I like that they are very open to more channels. Set up is simple and the Roku is easy to use. Great product!!

I already had a Roku stick (one of the 1st gen) and a Roku 3. The + is very much faster, the picture is much better and it doesn't lag or have to reset as much. In fact, I think it may be my internet when it does or the "channel" I may be watching. Definitely would recommend it. I took off a star because it didn't come with voice remote. No big deal, but the new stick + has it! I have one of those and honestly, I think it is also as fast, etc !

This model is definitely the one you want to future proof your entertainment setup with 4k media. Easy to understand and easy to navigate the on screen prompts. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for a tiny bug with the controller. The controller would stop working when you disconnect from the built in headphone jack. I just disconnect one of the batteries and it's all fine. Despite this, I still recommend this device.

The Roku is a great streaming device. It's super easy to set up and it's faster than the older models I own (Roku 3 & Roku XD). One of the reasons I upgraded was because of the headphones and they work great. I'm very happy with it and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an streaming device.

This is our 2nd Roku for the house after dropping our cable company. It's great to watch which show you like when you want. You can also pause the show while you get a drink or snack. Another benefit of this Roku is the remote has a built in headphone jack. I can watch TV and not keep my wife awake!

First and foremost, I got this slightly discounted as I got it during the whole Black Friday ordeal, but I would've still paid full price if I hadn't. I recently got rid of my cable in favor of an online streaming equivalent service (Playstation Vue) and I haven't looked back since. Roku is one of the few devices that supportes PSV and the Roku version of the app is by far the best I've seen. The menus on the Roku are easy to use and navigate and the remote control is a definite plus. While the wireless is great (although can sometimes be sluggish on some apps, but that isn't necessarily the Roku's fault, the availability of a wired port on the hub is a great addition and really makes a difference in speed. Picture is always superb and the ability to start where you left off if you turn off your TV is also really nice. The device itself is small and sleek and the headphones it comes with to listen to your shows covertly is another nice touch. All in all, great product for the price. Would definitely recommend.

Impressive. The processor is faster and the resolution better than using the apps in my smart TV. Using the Spectrum app, you can even eliminate renting a cable box. The RF remote doesn't have to be pointed at the Roku but if you want a keyboard you have to use the Roku app on your cell phone.

This is my third Roku streaming device, and this holds up to the high standard I expect from them. Easy to use, UI is straight forward, and the performance is great. Love the controller and Roku smartphone app features with being able to listen using your own headphones.

Previously, went from a Roku 3 to the Premiere+ and couldn't be happier. Interface works just as expected, but faster. The remote is great (though I do prefer just using the Roku app through my iPhone). The upscaling and HD picture is nice as well. Great purchase.

I really love this roku. It is faster than the express. I don't have a 4k TV, so I can't talk about that picture quality. But it looks great at 1080. I did take away a star because I don't understand why Roku didn't include a cable. They included one with express+ (actually 2) and the stick. I get that a 4K hdmi cable would increase the cost, but by how much.

I love this Roku box. This is the second time I purchased this model. One was for the bedroom and this one is for the treadmill room. The remote for this model has an earphone jack so you can crank the volume without disturbing anyone. The picture is great, too.

This is my 5th Roku. I love them all, and they are so easy, my 4 & 5 year olds can pick up the remote and play whatever they want. I have not had any real issues with one since my original 2 xs that I bought back in 2012. The interface is so clean and easy to use, I wouldn't consider any of the other streaming devices out there. I have was given an apple tv, and won't put it right back in the box. I know why it was given to me. I absolutely hated the interface to it. It also lacked many of the channels that the Roku has. They have some so random, my dad came over, and I downloaded him an old western channel with John Wayne movies to keep him occupied while watching my kids. I can't recommend them enough

This Roku version is awesome. We have used it often and love it. It's easy to setup and has worked great. We love shopping at Best Buy because we know they backup what they sell and have a nice return policy. We won't be returning this product!

This thing is awesome, it's really easy to set up and really easy to use, the apps load up really fast and you can switch between them really fast also, the only thing I would recommend would be a universal remote to make everything work easier

The ROKU is so much better than the 'smart' DVD players I was using to augment my 'dumb' tvs. Smaller footprint, better interface and the speed is awesome. No more 'spinning' circles waiting for the next few minutes of my show to display.

This device delivers a beautiful 4k picture (with appropriate app subscription service and supported 4k TV). LOVE the associated app that makes signing into various TV services' apps a breeze by using the keyboard on your smart device.
