    the larger one that this model replace just took up space in my tight work space. now that space is open again. the hot water is great for my three cups of green tea & oat-meal breakfast. the minimum cold water flow is just great because we must buy our own bottle water & my co-worker don't have the patients to wait for there cup to fill up. i just love this water cooler. will e-mail all my folks about it. thanks

    Only makes i simi 16oz cold cup of water per like hour ill be returning very disappoint after i waited a whole month for it .. smh
