This case has worked just fine for my new phone. I've dropped it a few times and there has been no damage to the case or the phone. My only 2 issues with it is the clear screen cover and back cover get covered in finger prints very easily. Not much you can do for this I've noticed so I just carry a small microfiber towel to wipe it down when needed. Secondly, the case itself is pretty tough to peel apart to remove the phone. Maybe it just needs a to be broken in more, but so far it's fairly difficult

I love this case. It was always hard to find a case for the S20 FE. I like the grip on the sides and the clear back. Better fingerprint resistance than a lot of cases. And it keeps the phone slim.

The outer case seems sturdy, but not a fan of the attached screen cover and inner case portion. It feels like thin plastic and the screen cover easily tore a little in a corner. I already have a screen protector on my phone and did not realize this case had one built in. Not sure if it is because I already have a screen protector on but their cover makes it look like there are always bubbles on the sides of the screen.

I was really excited to get this case. It was just about everything I was looking for. I apparently missed the part of the description about the built in screen protector, and that's the part I really hate. I lost responsiveness of the screen with the protector on. To make matters worse, the Fingerprint ID spot on the shield is VERY noticeable. I felt like there was a defect in my phone screen every time I looked at it. The case felt good and secure in my hand which is why I bought it. (I hold my phone a lot at work for my job.) I've only had this case for 24 hours, and I can't get past that screen protector. If there was an option without the protector, I'd be the first person to jump on it. In the meantime, this is going to get returned.

Quality is very poor. The built in screen protector does not fit 100%, meaning that when you touch your screen, you will feel there is gap between the screen and the protector. Product description and images do not show you that there is another layer of some kind of sticker on fingerprint area. This is problematic when viewing videos or watching movie. The instructions do not tell you that this specific area needs to be "scratched" so that it sticks to the phone screen. This case made the phone very bulky as well. You are better with a supcase that you can get from amazon for much better quality and lower price.

satisfied with the phone. had to go back to store a number of times get fully activated and explain items not told at start. would have been nice if more time setting up completely and explaining changed features.

Overall it gave what it needed to give. I like having a phone case i don't need to buy a screen protector for because its built in. Lightweight. Havent drop tested for durability.

Honestly a really great case. I didn't know if I would like it but very protective and fitsperfectly.

We were told it was 100% waterproof before ordering at the desk with an employee.. upon recieving it by mail we realized right away its not at all.. it has no cover or seal for the charging port. At best its waterproof if you need to check the time in a rainstorm

Overall a nice case. Not waterproof. Very nice fit.

Front plastic is a bit flimsy but the coverage for the back part is a good hard plastic. Easy to put together too!

Fits the phone perfectly, no slip grip. Thick enough for good protection but not too bulky.

overall very happy with the phone, have to learn more about as it is very different from my other phone even though they are the same brand. I will probably have to "google" to get help on how to use the new stuff on here. Took me numerous times to learn how to answer the phone for the first few days I had to call people back cause I couldn't figure it out. But wasn't all the worried about the calls

Kind of thin and cheap but does ok for the price. Probably better of buying a sturdier case.
