I used this microphone most days for work. For what I paid for it, I'd say the audio quality was pretty decent. I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a top-notch microphone, so my coworker recommended this one. I also really enjoyed the small size and ability to attach it to my laptop or stand it up on a table. Unfortunately, my mic completely died on me out of the blue. Considering that I've only had it eight or nine months, that's incredibly disappointing. My coworker's is going on a year now and still going, though, so maybe I just have bad luck. I'd give it five stars for the price to quality ratio up until it stopped working.

Small and super portable, perfect for recording things on-the-go. It fits right into any small pocket on my computer bag and folds out nicely. Great sound from it, too.

Ive been looking for a compact cardoid/omni mic that I can travel or re-locate easily with. This was perfect. I have been using this as a commentary mic for gaming and couldnt be happier with the audio quality. Positioning and mic checks are your best friend to find the optimal spot for recording. Build quality is a little mixed. The body of the mic is plastic and the rest is metal. It also comes with a little carrying case to travel with, but I use it as a case protector. Its an excellent purchase.

I am a teacher who is entering the virtual teaching world and needed a microphone for my Google Meets. I like how small and compact this was because I will mostly be working off a chromebook/laptop. This was able to hook up to my chromebook so I was very happy. I’ve used this in a few meetings already and my class participants have said the sound quality is great, much better than my computers microphone. Very happy with this purchase!

The internal mic in our laptop was not very good for musical performances, so we purchased the Samson Go Mic. The latter is reasonably priced, easy to use (plug-and-play), compact, and yields a much fuller sound in recordings. It appears to be sturdily built, should last for a long time, and comes with a small zippered storage case.

I teach martial arts. With all the social distancing and policies regarding gyms and classes, I quickly switched to online classes. I typically use my phone on a tripod to record and that works well as long as there is no ambient noise or wind. Phone, tablet, and laptop mics pic up noise and wind which bleeds into your recordings and makes you hard to understand during live events. I picked up this mic (and usb to usb c adapter) to see if that would help, and it was night and day difference. Major upgrade to just using your built in mic. You will want to either buy or build a wind sock to cover the mic however, (I wish one was included). After that upgrade and the addition of a homemade sock to cover the mic, I was able to conduct class or live stream outside with no issues. In one event, there was enough wind to move and tip my tripod, but the wind noise was drastically reduced. You could hear my voice just fine. Great product at a good price. The only things that would make it better would be to include a wind sock and usb c cable.

It is a good little mic and works well as long as one is speaking directly into it. Easy to hook onto my laptop and it comes with a nice little carrying case.

High quality, very sensitive and easy to carry on the go

I purchased this microphone to help with online streaming our church services. It sits on the pulpit and is hardly noticable on the video. I checked with others and have reviewed the video and the audio is astounding. It is pretty much plug and play. When I plug it in now it automatically changes the microphone source from the factory mic to the Samson mic. It works very well for our needs and would definitely recommend this to others.

PROS -easy to use -looks nice -great design -high quality -high sensitivity CONS -stand isn't the best I've been using this microphone for over a year now and it's never let me down. I've used it for all kinds of voice recordings and testing and the quality is very good. I would highly recommend this if you need a microphone for youtubing or any other video/audio creation software.

The portable USB microphone is small, easy to use and of good quality.

The mic is awesome . It really works well and it's tiny too which makes it very portable. I like that you are able to set it to mainly pick up sounds in front or to pickup sounds from your surroundings. I recommend it. It also find it cute, especially since it looks like a mini vintage mic.

Great. I needed a new mic for my work laptop for Teams calls etc. This works great and coworkers can hear me loud and clearly now. Reasonable price was a selling point and easily portable.

This mix has good sound but the instructions how to use it are not clear. It’s got a few switches that I don’t understand. I could probably google it and figure it out, but I got it to work enough to record a video tutorial. I’m not sure I’m using it to it’s full capability but i got it to do what I needed.

It's such a versatile little microphone! It helped me with schoolwork, podcasts, and video calls, all of which had an enhanced quality because of this mic. It attaches to your computer easily, and it has a button that allows it to adapt to different environments.

A great USB microphone. It captures conversations clearly and without static. I use this almost daily in interviewing and testing people. Easy plug and play. Worth every penny.

So glad I purchased this. After a bit of research on the brand, I decided to give it a try. Of course, I use it for a couple Zoom meetings out of the week. It certainly is a far better mic than my Surface Pro 3's mic! It's easy-to-use set up is very nice. It's also a solid, well built mic too. You will not be disappointed.

Shockingly great quality for the size and price point.

Purchased this microphone to upgrade the audio from my the microphone built my laptop. It works great for web conferences, and even podcasting — especially if you’re on the go and need to pack light. Will it replace a great voiceover microphone? Of course not, but it serves its purpose quite well for the price.
