I'm actually very impressed with this mic. Solid build, great recording sound, nice options on the Mic. Sounds just as good as my $150 mics. It comes with a nice carrying case but does not have room in the case for the USB cable. Why these designers don't think about the full product and always leave the cables out of the equation.

With COVID-19 happening, Zoom meetings were beginning to be used by many organizations and I needed a microphone for my PC. Looked at what was offered and found the Samson Go-Mic which looked to meet my needs. After a little studying of how to hookup and use, it served its purpose well and is good quality sound.

I bought this mic to use with my Chromebook for travel and meetings we hold for a charity group. It works great, has a switch to change between cardioid, full circle pattern, and a -10db mode for noisy areas. The sound is clear and understandable, if not quite professional quality. It comes in a very small carry case that it folds up into, and has a combination clip/base, that lets you set it on a table, or clip to the top of a laptop lid. Very handy.

Great little microphone for the money. This little thing does an amazing job. I used it instead of the built-in mic on my Macbook Pro. The built in mic works great except that the fan is right next to it so it sounds like an airplane when the fan kicks in. My son uses it to record bass guitar on his Chromebook. It does really good at that.

I bought this microphone for a class project where I had to record a voice over over a video I created. The microphone had great voice quality and I was clearly understood. The quality was ten times better than my laptop or headphone microphones. The software was a little overwhelimg at first but after a few minutes I had it up anand running and I was able to edit my recording easily.

I create professional development for the faculty of our college. I provide much of that instruction by way of short video clips. Since I work away from my desk much of the time, I needed a microphone that would do a better job than the built in mic on my laptop. The Samson-Go mic has done that job. My voice comes through clear and much of the background noise disappears! It is hard to believe the quality that this mic produces.

Its was a great thanks to kim from colma! She had great patience, knowledge and fun conversation with educating me and showing this product and others as well! I might have to do a workaround for the speaker connection to my monitor, but the mic was 100% success! Kinda weird how connecting it to a mac mini wont output to the monitor on zoom.
