Very nice microwave. I love that the turn style table is snugged in place to prevent movement. We purchased this microwave in store, because we are tactile purchasers. The door opens with ease and overall the microwave does it's job. There is only 1 express button (30 sec vs 1 min, 2 min, etc.) No big deal, it's just a feature we had on the previous microwave. Overall, we are satisfied with our purchase.

Unit is attractive and works well with other similar stainless steel units. Cooks well. The downside is the work light underneath has a high low position. But light is not very bright.

I love my new microwave because is not noisy like my old one.

I recently bought this Samsung Microwave along with a Samsung refrigerator, gas range, and Bosch dishwasher and it fits right in. They all look and function great. Very pleased with this unit and I highly recommend it...

7 months old & 2nd time it has stopped working. The 1st time, two months ago, we were able to flip electric panel switches & press buttons and coax it back to life... This time (two days ago) it has completely died! Best Buy will not take it back and we will have to ship it back to Samsung. We are seniors & this is really difficult for us - ITS NOT WORTH THE EFFORT!!! I expect more from Samsung. - HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

I've been using Samsung phones for over 10 years, love them and they last! Current S10e is closing in on 3 years and I expect I'll get at least another 1, maybe 2 out of it. Wish their Microwaves were as good. Bought this microwave Aug 2020 and by Sept 2021 the digits on the display started to go bad: one or two of the bars wouldn't light up like they were supposed to. Oct 2021, more bars are starting to drop out. Its was made 2 1/2 yrs ago, but I bought it 14 months ago, so I called Samsung Tech Support, and after telling me to unplug and replug it, which did nothing, they said I'm out of warranty and they'll have to send service techs at my own dime to fix this. Just got a note from the repair guy: "Minimum labor fee $200 (visit fee included) + parts cost. Please ask for a detail as there separate cost for a major repair. If the repair need an extra man, there will be an additional $50 for the labor cost." TOTALLY INSANE!!! I only paid $200 for the stupid oven and they want to charge me $200 Min, Plus Parts to fix it. SAMSUNG YOU HAVE FAILED, MISERABLY!!!

This is an attractive Microwave, SS and black.It replaced an expensive over range unit that melted down. It is nothing fancy, just the basics. It has variable power, defrost, popcorn key, and a timer. It is 1,000 watt and cooks quicly and evenly.. A nice feature is the melt/soften button that will sofdten butter and melt chocolate without scorching. Installation is fairly easy, although the instruction sheet is not translated ! very well from Korean to English. All in all, it is a good product for the money, attractive looking, and does what it needs to do. I have had it about a month now, so I can't tell you how it will hold up, but in my experience with Korean goods, they appear to very good quality.

We pick up this microwave on sale at Best Buy for a very good price. It has a very sleek stainless steel look and a nice blue color on the clock which is a nice variation. Overall it was very easy to hang but make sure you have the correct size wood bits for the drill. It comes very helpful directions and a template to assist. The microwave works pretty well however does seem slightly louder than I would've expected compared to my previous whirlpool but regardless it's still a nice unit and I've been working very well.

We wanted a simple over-the-range microwave. This was a great choice. It has everything our counter-top model had and more. The unit installed very easily using the included instructions. I recommend following them carefully-read everything. It offers multiple venting options, including recirculation, which doesn't need any ductwork. The fan is somewhat noisy on both high and low speeds, but that is minor to us. So far we are very pleased!!

Looks nice. Easy to clean Very easy to setup There just isnt anything spectacular about the product. THE GOOD--nice looking, has option to stop turntable, lots of power settings THE SO-SO: Would be nice to have LED lighting for stove vs incandescent--power savings- heat and longevity more important. THE BAD--minimal, has a very small few page instruction on how to use/what buttons do what. I have never bought a microwave that didn't have a cookbook. Yes! I would think a DVD or at least other languages instruction, because all these buttons and programming can be a bit more complex and I am sure some people will not get full use due to limited instruction. For instance I didn't even know the fan had multiple setting until my husband was playing around with some buttons It installed very easily compared to old one, good templates showing what/where to make holes/put hardware. SUMMARY: 1/2 star deduct for lighting, dark interior, 1/2 star for lousy instructions. 4 stars. Have only had it for a month but so far its working as expected.

In fairness, we bought this to replace our higher end GE microwave that was only 6 yrs old, but developed a major crack in the lower handle (threatening to come off the door). So in comparison, I feel like the drawbacks of this one are its lack of 'instant' buttons (i.e. press the 2 and it immediately cooks for 2 min), and the fact that you have to press the buttons kind of hard. The MAJOR pro is the fact that it's quiet - I couldn't even carry on a conversation with our other microwave running! Also, this one is really dang powerful, but not in the way that destroys your food. Pretty easy to install as well. So if you're looking for something inexpensive & simple without the bells & whistles, this one should be high on your list.

This is a great microwave. It's powerful, easy to install, and has most features except probe monitored cooking. It looks great and has a strong exhaust fan. The blue LED lights act as a nightlight in the kitchen. I'm very happy with my purchase and have no regrets or wants after installing this Samsung Microwave. Note to self installers: if you currently have a GE microwave, may not need to install wall mounting as mine was an exact fit for current GE microwave that crapped out after 6-7years. Save tons of time on install since the mounting bracket is 75% of installation. you won't be disappointed by this microwave.

I love how this looks and it is super easy to understand and clean. The only problem is that the vent fan is pretty loud but it does clear out any smoke. It is pretty big so make sure you have enough clearance over your stove. It heats food quickly. I love it!

This over-the-range microwave is a basic microwave without too many fancy features found on higher-end models. It does come with a two-speed fan and two-level cooking light. The fan, used in ductless mode, directs air through the back and out the top front of the microwave, and is quite adequate for the job. However, the incandescent cooking light is very dim, even at the “high” setting. Another feature that is dim on this microwave does not use power, but could have benefitted from a design change. The touch keypad to use the microwave has thin lettering and numbers on a black overlay and is virtually invisible in a darkened kitchen at night. (Our previous countertop microwave had black numbers and letters on a white background and could very easily be seen in the same light conditions.) One can learn to find the cooking light key since it’s on the bottom row, but since that light is so dim it’s no help to see the rest of the keypad. Perhaps this keypad could have benefitted from thicker and more contrasty numbers and letters, or better yet a backlight feature. As noted, this Samsung microwave is very basic. It has 1000 watts of power, selectable in 10 power levels. The interior is rated at 1.6 cu. ft., which is quite spacious, but the glass turntable is only 11.5 inches in diameter, rather small for a microwave this size. Installation seems standard for an OTR microwave, but in our case, the range hood that it replaced had been hard-wired into an opening in the backsplash area. I had to disconnect the range hood, seal the backsplash, cut an opening in the back of the cabinet above the installation area, reconnect the wires to an outlet (I chose a GFCI outlet), fasten the outlet into the back of the cabinet, and then plug the microwave into that outlet (after drilling a hole in the bottom of the cabinet. The microwave hangs on a bracket against the backsplash connecting to the lower edge of the microwave, and by two large screws on either side of the top front of the microwave. Opening the microwave door requires a forceful pull of the oversize, metal-clad handle. The microwave is quite basic, but the stainless steel front lends at least an appearance of sophistication to the kitchen.
