I had a good GE microwave for 6 yrs. that lost its' heating element. Thanks to Rebecca, the Pacific sales rep, I chose this one. It almost didn't happen. Two days after the purchase (that also contained a refrigerator) someone in the Pacific department cancelled the microwave purchase/install. The refrigerator arrived, with no news about the microwave. After hours on the phone, I was ready to send the refrigerator back and take my business elsewhere for a very, very long time to come, until one of the store Managers helped to address the situation. I'm glad I didn't completely cancel all of my purchases. It carries a 10 year warranty on the heating element and works great. It blends easily with other existing appliances, has a price that came in under the replacement heating element, and is an easy install for a handy person with an assistant. Courteous professionalism and product knowledge saved what would otherwise have been a shopping no go for a long time to come with Best Buy. I even kept the fridge.

Easy installation, works great, the only downside to this microwave is you cannot set the alarm volume, or use the timer and the microwave at the same time.

This is a great Samsung over the range microwave for its size and price. Everything works great so far. Nothing too fancy like other higher end microwaves. All basic functions are working as expected.

Had to buy a new over the range microwave after the one we had finally broke right before the holidays. Came across this Samsung model and I've been pretty happy with their products in the past but haven't purchased anything from them from their kitchen line before. I'm happy I did because it looks and works fantastic! The price was good. What more could you ask for?

I'm not a frequent microwave user but this microwave seems to do the job just fine. It fits nicely above our range and isn't too noisy. Cooks well and was priced well compared to similar models.

This microwave is a replacement and is a nice upgrade both visually and functionally. It has plenty of room and heats quickly.

but it seems to work well. Big enough to heat up large casserole dish. Pretty easy to install. Hope it lasts longer than the last Samsung microwave or it will be my last Samsung purchase!

The unit looks very nice and works well but the only thing that I don't like is that it runs loud.

The Microwave is a perfect fit for my kitchen. I especially like the eco mode that turns off the display. The buttons are a little stiff. The filter is well placed for cleaning.

Easy to install, Good Features. Looks good. Ease of use is a plus. Seems to have a lot more power than the old one. Very pleased with Best Buy and the service and selection provided.

The microwave was a good price for the features and power that we were looking for. The design must have changed however from when the installation manual was designed because the images did not match the actual unit. There was no way I could see to install (or change in the future) the carbon filter - even though one was included in the bag of parts. This was a small issue for us but a little disconcerting. Overall the microwave works fine - a little less 'solid' feeling than our old one but it does the job

This microwave was easier to install than I had expected. With two people, we had it in place in a matter of minutes. after a few adjustments to line it up perfectly with the cabinets it was ready to go. it is not as loud as my previous oven but still cooks wonderfully, even heating throughout the dish. The door closes more quietly than expected and the controls are intuitive. the fan vents the steam from my cooktop effectively and the design is simple yet sophisticated. I really enjoy the new addition

Only had a short time but seems to work great and installation was easy. Matches Samsung stove that we bought at the same time nicely also.

Relatively easy to install under counter if you are somewhat handy. Really like the bright blue LED, easy to read from a distance. Average noise. Plenty of features & looks good.

I bought this to replace a counter microwave that I'd had for over 20 years....and I love it! It heats up way better than the old one and looks great over my stove/oven!

It heats....so three stars. It is sleek and modern, but this microwave is loud! I had it shipped so maybe that has something to do with it. My old microwave was more quiet than this one. Also I wish the under light was brighter. You get what you pay for.....sigh.

Everything is working fine in the first month of use. Installation was not too difficult and I was able to hit two wall studs and avoid using the toggle bolt. Holes in the cabinet above lined up with a previous microwave of a different brand. We agree with another person's observation that the buttons require a firm press. Seems quite strange in that most any other microwave I have used has a lighter touch. Maybe this was to make it child proof, but it is an over the range unit.

Got this on sale for around $150. Good value. Not exactly top of the line, but has performed without a hitch. Best part of this whole experience came with Best Buy customer service. After opening the box, we discovered that the glass turntable was missing. After about an hour (including the phone call to customer service), I was in the store nearby to pickup a replacement. As for the microwave, no problems. Simply does what it is supposed to do.... COOK STUFF!!!
