I wish to give props to the delivery guys whom made my purchase of this refrigerator a possibility after thinking I had measured my entrance correctly I was off by 3 inches n at first they stated they would have to return my fridge for a smaller model well I was in tears at this point I had already gotten rid of my old refrigerator n needed this in my house that day so we worked by taking off my door frame n we were able to get it in that day I was so relieved and had no damage to my new purchase. So now my shiny new baby fits nicely in my breakfast room n I couldn’t be happier. As with other reviews I note that the motor is a little loud but other than that it’s great and I love the led interior lights.

The secondary door on the right side is a great new feature. Didn't think I would use it that much, but use it all the time. Love the new ice dispenser that has the ice working down instead of angered to the end. Hasn't clogged up yet like my previous frig.

This show case refrigerator is great. I love the outer door. It keeps us from opening up the fridge fully and keeps all else inside cool. The ice maker and indoor water are great also. Much space inside.

I love everything about this unit with the exception of the ice maker. it makes very loud noise when dropping ice.

Thought show case type would be convenient to pay extra for but not as one without. Delivery guys had to disassemble the doors to get the unit inside and once they have been installed back, one of the door is making squeaking noise. The water dispenser drips one or two drips after dispensing water (manual states it's normal after 3 gallons or so due to new filter but after over many gallons, it still does). The unit I bought maybe the one of those "unlucky" ones but completely disappointed despite the fact that I am very loyalty on Samusng products.

Great fridge that works really well. The only complaint that we have is that the shelf's are not that adjustable. For the doors you either have the shelfs in place or you remove them. Would have been nice if you could adjust the positions on the door. The ice maker works really well and I dont noticed the noise that others have mentioned. The crushed ice does tend to fly all over the place unless you have a cup set tight against the opening.

I liked the showcase doors. I did not like the fact that the shelfs are not very adjustable it really kills the space inside my boy being adjustable

I like it the door idea is very functional and works very well for us. The cooling and freezing is very good

We love it !!! It is very spacious and nice looking refrigerator we got it because it was a great value and now that we have it we are really enjoy it and love it !!!

Is a great fridge. is kinda loud when making ice. Delivery guys dented the front door and i didn't catch it till days later. o well. Has worked great so far.

Keeps things cool as intended. The extra room in the freezer is amazing. Nice cold filtered water out of the door. I didn't think the showcase door would matter, but we use it more than we thought. A couple cons. . .The freezer door makes a creeking sound when it opens and the bottom drawer in the refrigerator is kind of tough to pull out. Other than that, it's a great buy!

We live in a small home. This fridge was a big upgrade for a fridge that was dying. With the French doors, though, it doesn't consume as much room when opening the doors. I like the showcase door for easy access to things used often. I think my wife is indifferent about it. Our only complaint is that we don't always get cubed ice when we select it.

Looked at many reviews and decided this was the fridge for us. The door-in-door locking mechanism is way stronger/better than other fridges (e.g. LG) that have a plastic catch for the push rod locking with pin. I saw many in the store were bad and the door did not close, so chose this Samsung which has a good metal hinge. Both sides of the fridge are controllable (Temp wise) and the metal cooling feature actually works well. This fridge is also pleasantly quite.

I was SO stoked to get this frig! It was the last appliance I needed to upgrade so I'd have a matching Samsung kitchen. Looks great sitting there but this thing has THE LOUDEST icemaker on the planet... I'm not kidding. It's so bad that every time it fills up the tray with water, we all just shake our head laugh. Though the showcase door is neat, I don't find myself using it...at all. I could have paid $500.00 less and got the same frig without that feature.. wish I would have now. My biggest complaint and its not mentioned ANYWHERE is the text that indicates "ice", "water", "light" etc does not illuminate so if it's the least bit dim you have to turn a light on to make your choice on the front panel. So if you want to own a Frig you can only use during daylight hours then buy this one! If you want to use this frig at night to get ice or water then bring a flashlight.

The refrigerator is perfect for us, my only complaint is that the ice maker is really loud, and not very large! Love the double doors to enable access to the smaller things, drinks etc.,so you don't have to open the large door and save on energy!

No complaints so far so good!☺ my fridge went out and best buy was the only store that I was able to get a nice fridge at a great price

Super nice refrigerator, double door stainlees steel. Conveninet for the entire family. ( plus it help us keep our G& E bill down.

Love the new refrigerator. I would give it 9.5 out of 10. It works well and runs quiet with the one exception (and this is very picky), the ice maker makes cracking noises when ice is being made and being emptied into the bin.

It’s been about a month now and we are very happy with this fridge. Price was right.
