Great fridge, achieved all of my expectations. Very comfortable, lots of room. Conserves the cold more.

The lights inside are great. The bell is smooth and the space of freezer and refrigerator is perfect.

I love the aluminum finish, and the double door style to this fridge. Very spacious and elegant. The ice maker and water are awesome. The fridge did have a scratch or 2 at the time of delivery. But I'll just cover them with fridge magnets lol

Excellent Refrigerator fast cooling on initial setup very quiet

Can say enough good things about this fridge. Keeps temperature very well, is very energy efficient, keeps enough ice ready when needed. The only minor thing is that the water dispenser randomly drips one drop of water, but it does this infrequently.

This refrigerator looks great, is super quiet, and performs flawlessly. I LOVE the black stainless steel finish, and highly recommend it. The Best Buy delivery guys also did a GREAT job. They got the fridge down the stairs and into the basement bar area without a scratch on either the fridge or our home. Our sales guy was also very knowledgeable, and patiently helped me through the purchase decision without any pressure. I highly recommend both Best Buy and this Samsung refrigerator

We're really loving this refrigerator. Very quiet. Nice and spacious with well designed shelves and lighting. The door in door is a very nice feature and makes it easy to get just a drink out of the door. The ice maker works well and can really pump out the cubes. I've zero "cons" with the fridge.

Shelves have large capacity, ice maker being on the door gives more freezer space. The ice and water dispenser work very well, little to no dripping or dropping ice after I remove the glass. Being stainless steel fingerprints do show, a soft cloth and a bit of window cleaner removes them very quickly.

Great fridge with great features. One problem. When you open the outer door on the right side, it often does not latch properly so that the next time you try to open the full door, only the outer door opens. It is also very tall, but most fridges are today.

Bought the Samsung refrigerator after owning two generations of GE refrigerators. Nothing wrong with the GE brand, my wife and I loved the look and color of the Samsung. We have other Samsung appliances that we are very happy with. We've had the refrigerator 2 months now. The only complaint that i have is the noise level. It's a bit high when the compressor is on. It sounds as though something may be loose or rattling but i couldn't find anything.

The fridge is good, sturdy drawers and shelves with plenty of room. The freezer is nice too and the ice/water works well. Our only issue is that the two piece fridge door's latch gets stuck in the "un-latched" position after you've pulled it to open the outer fridge. You need to slam the two doors together to get them to stick. We called Best Buy, they put us through to Samsung. Then Samsung said it was a Best Buy problem, gave me a reference number and said to call Best Buy back. Total pain!!! I love the fridge but the door isn't all that great. I'd love it even more if it was just a regular door but this seemed like it would be something we'd use.

overall good fridge ice machine is slow and the water dispenser does not stop fast enough when disengaged. hard to remove fingerprints

We needed a new fridge after 20 years with our previous one. The showcase feature is great for quick access to items like milk, eggs, etc. Interior is well-lit so you know where all your items are and won't forget you had something in the back of the fridge. Highly recommended!

We really like the ice and water in the door. Seems like more room. Also love the showcase door,also seems larger and very easy to get most used items. Have trouble getting the ice to water or back to work. Not well marked. Rather have a switch than separate push buttons.

Quiet, great ice maker, love all the space and door

I love my new black stainless steel refrigerator doesn't show finger prints reminds me of black glass.It has a lot of room and is great for kids because the whole refrigerator door doesn't need to be opened it has the metal cooling door which is awesome
