Fridge is great, love the external cooling door, plenty of space in the fridge just wish the ice maker was a little quieter. And the ice comes out a little slow but otherwise this fridge is a winner

Love my samsung fridge! The ice maker is a little slow.

I bought this fridge going off the pictures on the web site because they didn't have one in the store when i went to go look at it. I thought the second door was glass and i could see inside the fridge without opening it up. I was wrong, when they delivered it to my house i seen it was a shelf with no glass. I was disappointed but it still turned out to be a great refrigerator. The ice maker container doesn't hold a lot of ice.

The Samsung is well made and good looking. The show case door has some real value - after you have figured out the items you use most . Having access to both sides of the indoor shelves makes it easier to find your items. Setting and seeing the temperatures on the display in a great idea. One thing to be aware of is that the ice maker in the door can be quite noisy. A side comment: The Best Buy delivery team were excellent.

Our LG refrigerator was repaired several times and finally failed, I think, due to incompetent warrenty service personnel. The LG lasted less than 5 years. We switched brands hoping for a better reliability.

We purchased our refrigerator at BestBuy because they were able to deliver faster than Sears! Our fridge broke Saturday night and we went straight to Sears for a replacement. Their in stock items were not available for a delivery until Friday! So we left and went to BestBuy! The fridge was in my house by Tuesday! Unfortunately, the fridge has some minor flaws/defects. The doors were not even and the door panel near the ice/water dispenser was coming off. I phoned customer service the next day and they scheduled a delivery for a replacement fridge right away. Stay tuned for next delivery and product experience!

Great price, Samsung refrigerator bought in black Friday deals, we found it is worth for what we paid. two side door with plenty of space to organize and also my kids loved for show case option.

Bought this because of the sale price and features. My only two negatives were that one of the (5) fridge door bins came with a corner broken off and cracked. The broken bin and a 2nd one came uninstalled. When I tried to install the unbroken bin, I literally had to use a rubber mallet. These door bins are all to difficult to remove and reinstall. The other issue is you are not able to stand upright any milk, juice, 2 liter bottles on the fridge shelves. They will only fit upright on the door bins.

QUIET OPERATION, NICE INTERIOR LIGHTING. REALLY LIKE THE EXTERNAL TEMPERATURE DISPLAYS FOR BOTH FRIDGE & FREEZER EVERYTIME EITHER DOOR IS OPENED. SHOWCASE DOOR IS A NICE, ENERGY SAVING FEATURE.

Fridge works as it should, keeps food cold and frozen. Ice maker is slow to dispense. And fridge is a little loud while running. But so far we like it, the showcase door is great!

This Samsung refrigerator looks amazing! The Showcase door is very handy for getting drinks throughout the day. It runs quietly, and efficiently. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

After my mother bought one we need to buy one as well! Love the convenient showcase door which allow you to pick up a cold soda quickly n easily. It also look very high end.

I found that the water dispenser is off set and makes it hard to full up a litter water bottle other than that this is a create Fridge

We had read the reviews from consumer reports and took their advice when purchasing this unit. We were so unimpressed we had to get a different Samsung model. Some of the issues we found are a manufacturer issue that persists regardless of the model. negatives: Showcase door doesn't latch properly and consistently is left ajar. Motor is loud. Ice dispenser control board had to be replaced. Water pump to refill the ice reservoir is so loud it stops the conversation in the kitchen and living room when it turns on. It sound like a chipmunk is trapped inside the freezer. Positives: keeps food cold Samsung customer service is pleasant to talk to which is a good thing because you'll spend a lot of time talking to them. Consider other brands.

This refrigerator looks great, is super quiet, and performs flawlessly. I LOVE the black stainless steel finish, and highly recommend it. The Best Buy delivery guys also did a GREAT job. They got the fridge down the stairs and into the basement bar area without a scratch on either the fridge or our home. Our sales lady was also very knowledgeable, and patiently helped me through the purchase decision without any pressure. I highly recommend both Best Buy and this Samsung refrigerator.

I don't like French door freezer drawer models. After looking at all side by sides and all the reviews, I went with this Samsung. I've had it for about 2 months now and the only complaint is the ice maker does make a loud noise maybe once a day, but everything else is great so far. If there was more than 1-2 people in the house, I could see wanting more options for the shelves and one less drawer on each side.

It looks great in the kitchen. Ice makers will never be perfected, this is no exception, just some cube/chunks fall on the floor at times. Refrigerator storage isn't very flexible and tall items must be stored on the door which makes the use of the "door inside the door" feature a bit less useful. Freezer is very nice and easy to keep clean overall, other than fingerprints on the front of the doors.

I highly recommend this fridge. It's metal cooling system keeps everything very cool, very fast. Love the show door too. Perfect for our toddler to be able to open it easily to get what she wants.

We are very pleased with our purchase. It is very spacious. Love the drawers in the freezer! The showcase door is also a very nice feature.
