I have only had it for 1 month. So far so good and it runs quietly and snatch and go door is a useful feature esp . for small children.

love the door in door, ice maker is loud. other than that, it's fine.

The Samsung Food Showcase Side-Side refrigerator and Thru-the-door ice and water freezer is an excellent product and the 24.7 cu ft is spacious with a convenient layout with options for arrangement of shelves.

We love this refrigerator, especially the door in the door. It works well, is quiet and the enclosed ice maker keeps the ice fresh.

The refrigerator has nice features, love the door in door convenience. But the freezer side (outer) panel has a slight cosmetic discoloration....it was visible on all 4 models that were delivered. I kept the last one, realizing that it's a manufacturer defect and fortunately magnets work for the perfect cover up.....aside from that, it's a nice unit

i love my side by side fridge its 3 vegetable /fruit/deli drawers and the door for easy access to condiments and milk! i also love that it has the door ice maker which gives you more room! awesome buy!1

Overall the fridge is great. Keeps everything by the door cool with the metal. However if you want cubed ice pick another brand. I had the experts look at it already and only had for 2 weeks. Ice only comes out crushed. The left over ice that didn't go in your cup is stuck to the sides of the dispensary. When that melts you have water all over your floor. If you are ok with this then the Samsung Showcase is your machine.

This is the first door in door fridge we have had and we love it. The amount of space in both the freezer and the refrigerator are great. We like the space saving design of the ice maker. We still have a drawer we hardly use while our previous refrigerator was completely full.

Delivery people were great. They were very careful. After they left, we had a problem with the showcase door -- it did not work. My Best Buy store is nearby, so I went there to discuss. I wanted a callback to have someone stop by to repair. I never got that call. I found out yesterday that there will be a delivery on Monday of a replacement refrigerator!! I don't want that---- I either want a repaired door, or a replacement door. When they get here Monday, i will first ask them to fix the door, & if that does not work, I will tell them to replace the door only. The refrigerator has one major flaw.....the shelves need more adjustment positions. in order to place a gallon milk container on the bottom shelf, we had to remove one shelf. Not good. More to follow.

i LIKE THIS REFRIGERATOR BECAUSE THE KIDS WAS CONSTANTLY GOING INTO THE REFRIGERATOR AND NOW WITH THE SHOW CASE DOOR I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY SO MUCH WITH THE THE FOOD BEHIND THE SHOWCASE DOOR LOOSING ITS CHILL BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE DOOR OPEN, PLUS THE ALARM SOUNDS WHEN THEY HAVE THE DOOR OPEN TO LONG ALERTS THE KIDS TO CLOSE THE DOOR.

Refrigerator is Great, I really love the dual door. Fast cooling, very quiet. But the lights is too low. When arrived to store I dont check, and arrived with little dents on door. Box came in good chape with no damage, so I thougt I'd be ok. Opened and there was a little dent on right door, but the refrigerator is ok.

My son helped with choosing this one as he thought the extra door where you can reach in and get things without having to open the whole door was so cool. Gotta say, I really like it too. Only complaint is there seems to not be enough light throughout freezer and fridge on bottom sections. Smudges easily but otherwise lots of room.

If you want to get a good fridge and not pay a fortune for it I think this is the perfect fridge. Still has some of the more modern features like the metal cooling and the showcase door which is great if you're in a hurry. It's very easy for my child to open the door a bit easier bc it's not so heavy and she can get things on her own. The cooling system is great and works fast. It's also very spacious. Everything that you may need from a fridge, this one has it.

Absolutely love it! Looks small but is very roomy. The showcase door is an amazing feature!

I did a lot of research before deciding to go with this refrigerator and I couldn’t be happier with my selection. The “showcase feature” is what sold me on this one. I will say that the fridge does get “loud” when it is filling the ice maker, but I’m not really phased by it. Before buying this product some of the comments about it being loud scared me, but I still decided to buy it and I have no complaints.

Love the Black Stainless Steel. Fridge compressor is loud, calling in geek squad to check it out.

I absolutely love this fridge! Easy to use, easy to set up and not bad looking either. Highly recommend.
