We've only had it for a week but we are quite happy. However, the delivery service is another story completely.

Love the showcase door, makes it convenient when most of the time we're opening the fridge it's for things in the door. My only negative review is the shelf spacing, you have to use the top shelf for anything tall like a 2 litter soda or 2 gal. pitcher of good ol sweet tea, let's face it I live in Texas I HAVE to have sweet tea in my fridge at all times....otherwise I love it!!!

Quiet and energy efficient, smart design and well designed

Very well designed with convenient door in door feature. I would have given 5 stars except for my issues with the freezer door....I've had to replace a few food items because the door doesn't always close completely...May be a minor fix.

The first open box unit they could not get the ice maker working after 3 service calls. Replaced all related parts. The service guy was diligent and professional. Good luck calling geek squad's service department, they are comically useless. Once I got the service man's personal phone number things started getting done. They finally delivered a second unit out but it didn't work either. Bottom line initiating a service call with the geek squad is a nightmare. They advised me that we needed to swap out the fridge when it only took the service man 5 minutes to fix it. Jason at the Parma store initiated the service call the next day after delivery and his effort was fantastic.

The Fridge makes excellent use of the available space. It was hard to find a new fridge that had 3 draws still but this one has it. The only downside is that it shows finger prints really bad which I am constantly cleaning

This is a great refrigerator the door is awesome it stays cold and doesn't lose one degree when the doors open if it does it will beep at you so you can close the door it's very cool

- It works well. - It uses about half the power of our 9 year old fridge. - The double door for giving quick access to the items on the door shelf has become an enjoyable feature. - I do not tend to like filtered water, but the waster out of this fridge tastes good. - It seems to make ice with no problems (my wife uses the ice, not me)

I am happy with my new LG refrigerator. Only thing I have to list as a dislike, I found the protective film is not easy to peel off...

Bought this unit when our GE fridge stopped working. Have had good luck with Samsung products in the past and so far this one is working out. The ice maker is a little noisy but not too big of a negative

This refrigerator fits our lifestyle of grab and go - the showcase door is very convenient. The drawer space in both the fridge and freezer helps keep everything well organized. The icemaker in the door is great because it gives us extra space in the freezer. Not to mention it looks good and fits our space in the kitchen very well.

I like that this fridge is stainless steel. It's also nice cause the ice machine in the freezer is smaller allowing more room in the freezer. What caught my attention was the door I could sneak thru to get a drink.

This is a great fridge for our family of 4. The only problem is that it doesn't make ice fast enough. I think we might use more ice than most people though so this might not actually be a problem for others.

Fridge door is very heavy, and needs a bigger push as you walk away, to make sure it doesn’t swing back open. It has moments when it is loud, but getting used to it.

This fridge is great. It has plenty of room I have the black stainless and it looks great. The door in the door is a great feature. Put stuff in that door (like drinks) end use less energy than opening the full site abs essay to get to

The ice maker on this fridge lags a bit and its as smooth as the LG I had previously not does that outside as a whole look as well but it serving its purpose so far and that's all that matters

Good refrigerator. Keeps perishable items like fruits and vegetables fresh longer than my old one. The only cons I have are, in the beginning the freezer had a lot of frost build up on the sides of the ice maker. Even after following the instructions in the manual for reducing frost it still was there in abundance for a few months, now not so much, but it still bugs me. Also on the fridge side I use the very bottom drawer for my cheeses and find they go bad quickly after opening. The doors only open up to just about 90 degrees which I think reduces access and blocks the pathway.

My wife loves the showcase door. The water kit suggested was too short at 6 feet. Have yet to find a longer one of the same quality. We ordered this refrigerator online and when delivered the side panel was damaged. Unfortunate...but not a deal breaker. Customer services was helpful.

This refrigerator was not our first choice. Our original pick was no longer available. We have not been disappointed, The looks, design and function of this refrigerator has been a very pleasant surprise. The matching Stove, Microwave and Dishwasher we purchased improved our kitchen 10x.

Its big enough for a sizable family. We love it. Ensure you get measurements correct. We had to take out the front door for the house to take it inside. The outlet for the water dispenser is poorly located. Otherwise, it's a great refrigerator
