I love the Samsung refrigerator it has been a few months now and all of our family have love the ease of use of the refrigerator. It is easy to clean and extremely spacious. We also love the when we run out of bottle water we have the water pitcher alway full with filtered water. I can’t say enough about the Samsung refrigerator. We love it.

Review of the Samsung 28 cu 3 door, French Door with auto fill water Pitcher-stainless steel. This thing is a beast! One of the best refrigerators out there. No complicated mechanisms for the ice maker, so nothing will break down like other refrigerators with ice dispenser did. Lots of space, quiet and appealing. The motor is so quiet that I thought at first that the compressor was not kicking on. The price is a steal and you can fit more things in the freezer than the more expensive models, because you do not have all the drawers and shelves in the freezer taking space like the bespoke line. I did my research on line and made many trips to the showroom to compare models. And this model was the one offering the most storage space versus lowest price. It is just simple and functional. Keep an eye on them because they go on sale regularly. Buy one and you won’t be disappointed.

Can't believe how much more space this fridge has even tho it takes up same space as old fridge. Bottom freezer is way better than the side by side configuration as the space allows for larger items like turkeys and large pizzas. Best feature is the water pitcher! No internal space taken up by dispenser on door, no water dripping from dispenser and a much cleaner looking design. Pitcher refills automatically and takes up so little door shelf space. Why didn't they think of this before?

We love our new fridge. It’s a great size and the water dispenser pitcher works like magic. The inside is spacious and the drawers are easy to get to and hold a lot. The wide drawer is currently holding all our cheeses at the perfect temperature. The freezer has plenty of room and is compartmentalised so nothing gets buried. Everything about it is top notch and Best Buy is the only place we will buy our appliances.

So when you have a store credit for $1100 due to an iPhone purchase warranty (It got smashed 4 days after buying it from Best Buy) and you happen to be in the market for a new fridge, WOW! BLEW AWAY OUR EXPECTATIONS! We cautiously purchased a scratch and dent stainless steel fridge seen on the showroom floor for $900! There were two little unnoticeable dings on the corner bottom of the right fridge door. This thing has ice maker and inside auto refill water pitcher! Or current fridge had no ice maker and no water dispenser. We moved to a small farm 3 hours from too much traffic suburbs a year ago. And we had to leave our previous much loved black stainless fridge with inside water spigot with the new owners. So filling ice trays with a Britta water pitcher we had to keep full for other water needs, as well, this past year has not been a great joy. But a huge scare occurred after we purchased this one for our new home. There was an extremely loud fan noise! We were thinking we possibly bought a lemon and were skeptical about what Best Buy was going to do for us. Let it be known that we have been Best Buy Tech/Geek Squad members for our second year due to our need for IT/computer and phone support no thanks to our phone carriers support. Best Buy excels at that. Our previous Best Buy was 6 minutes from our home. The closest one to our new farm is 25 miles away. But so well worth the drive for many computer and phone helps. I mention the distance because when I went into the store to tell of the fan issue I was told they don't have an appliance repairman at that facility. But they set up an appointment for 2 weeks away. We were skeptical that they were cover the work or parts though we had double coverage; the warranty on the fridge itself and Total Tech membership. Well, the week educated repairman showed up as scheduled, fixed it in like 10 minutes and there was no charge. The fridge is so quiet now! We LOVE the indoor auto refill water pitcher and auto ice maker. Thank you, Best Buy! We talk all our friends and family and they're like, "Best Buy has refrigerators?!!!" Yup! I’m loving my Samsung refrigerator. It is quiet, I don’t hear it running. It’s got so much in the fridge and freezer. It fits perfectly in my 1978, never remodeled kitchen!!! I bought an out of box product, and it doesn’t have one ding or scratch. It’s my perfect buy. The delivery team were perfect too! So kind, helpful and respectful.

I've had this fridge for 3 weeks now and bought to replace an old standard side by side. I love the amount of space you get in the fridge area (grab some organizers and lazy Susan) and the freezer is one of those love/hate situations with it being on the bottom. Once you get used to it I like it overall and have a system going with where everything is inside the freezer. One thing to note is when the ice maker gets full it will knock ice behind the drawer so either shut it off temporarily or use enough for it to not reach that point. I use the internal water pitcher several times daily and have had no leaking issues so far that others have reported. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and the 2 guys who did my local delivery were fantastic.

This fridge fits so much in it. We love the size and how fresh it keeps our food so far. The LED lights are great. My children love the water pitcher feature and how quickly it fills up. The only issue we have so far is the clear plastic insert that holds the milk in the door cracked in a couple days. I am hoping best buy will replace this soon. Otherwise I would have given this 5 stars.

I love this refrigerator. It is roomy in both the refrigerator and freezer areas. When shopping and comparing refrigerators, I noticed quite a few consumer comments that described bad experiences with water and ice dispensers in the outside of a door. Some friends and family have had similar bad experiences. So, I decided that I did not want outside dispensers. But one feature I especially like about this refrigerator is the automatic fill water pitcher in the inside of the door. The automatic ice maker of course is in the freezer and very accessible. I'm very pleased with the sleek look it adds to the kitchen.

My wife and I were in the market for a new fridge and this Samsung model fit all our needs. It very big inside and it's able to store many items. Very sleek and has all the features we were looking for. The reps at Best Buy were a great help with helping us select this precise model.

We love our Samsung fridge. There is plenty of space in main fridge and plenty of room in the doors. One of our favorite features is the indoor water pitcher and its automatic refill. Love this so much. The ice maker has been great and the freezer space has served all of our needs.

Overall, very basic and beautiful. Perfect for small to mid size household. Did not need the bells and whistles. Plenty of space for drinks, and you can fit about 3 (1) gallons . The pitcher of filter water is a very nice addition. The drawer in the freezer looks cheap and I prefer the clear or see through drawer. Very quiet and simple.

Love this fridge! It’s spacious and I love the water pitcher. I wasn’t sure about this feature because I formerly had the water accessory on the outside of my fridge, but I like that the water pours out quickly and is constantly chilled.

So far so good with this very large refrigerator. We love the auto fill pitcher on the inside instead of having in on the outside of the door, which was always messy on our old side by side. The only complaint, which dropped a star, is that the shelving inside is only adjustable in pre-determined, 4" increments. This makes it impossible to adjust to fit large items like gallon jugs, or even 1/2 gallon cartons without removing one of the shelves, altogether or leaving a useless 4" high shelf space. The only other minor gripe I have is, the doors do not close by themselves and must be forced to close.

Great refrigerator! The autofill pitcher is amazing and with no dispenser on the front it cuts down on kid messes on the front of the fridge. The size is perfect for a family of 5. The only thing I wish is that it was actually fingerprint resistant, as it most definitely is not.

I ordered the Samsung - 28 cu. ft. Large Capacity 3-Door French Door Refrigerator with AutoFill Water Pitcher - Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel refrigerator on September 26, 2021 online and had it shipped to the Hamburg BestBuy store in Lexington KY and was notified that it was ready for pickup 2 days later-WOW that was fast! And all I can say is this is by far the best appliance that I have EVER purchased and the BEST refrigerator I have ever owned. It has so much room in it that you can actually see what you have! And-the best part of my whole experience was that I got it on sale. I saved $700 on this refrigerator people. The self-filled water picture is awesome too. It keeps all my food and drinks so cold and works as it should. The freezer in the bottom is awesome too and having the ice bin in the bottom is a great feature. I AM THRILLED with my purchase!! I hope this Samsung refrigerator lasts me for years to come and when it comes time to having to purchase again then I will definitely purchase from BestBuy. The only place to buy your electronics and appliances. Thank you BestBuy for everything!!!

Really like the fridge itself. We chose this for the capacity and the self filling filtered water pitcher. Only flaw so far is the water pitcher leaks from lid seal. Not sure why. It seams to seal up but obviously its not.

I did a lot of research and am completely happy with our new refrigerator! My two favorite things are the auto filling water pitcher and the ice cubes in a bin in the freezer. No more filling a water pitcher and placing in the fridge sometimes twice per day. Also, a working ice cube maker! Our last refrigerator had the ice dispenser in the door and I’m convinced that is why it broke only 2 years later… the door doesn’t stay cold enough to keep the ice frozen. So, the motor has to work harder when the ice melts and then freezes again, it breaks. This refrigerator is economical and has all the important features for our family. I’m very satisfied!

I love this refrigerator. It has great capacity. It has adjustable shelves, making it easy to organize. The freezer drawer has great space.
