This is a super refrigerator!

Super refrigerator! It perfectly fits a 36 inch wide by 72 inch tall space. A quarter of an inch smaller space in either direction? Won't fit. After sliding it in, level with the two front feet.
The four doors are great, gives maximum access to everything. Very few items are hidden back behind something. The problem with many other interior layouts, is that items get stacked in front of and forgotten.
Freezer is great, and having ice inside with a scoop is better than a leaky exterior dispenser that drops cubes on the floor. Also having the water dispenser inside a door, keeps it better insulated. But, the water pitcher is really nice, best reason is that water in the pitcher becomes colder than immediately dispensed water. That's very nice.
Digital temperature controls (easiest using the phone app) are very convenient and precise. Makes sure you have it cold enough to keep ice cream and Popsicles hard. Right now the bottom right is a freezer to hold the Omaha Steaks order. Once they're gone, it may be changed to a refrigerator around the holidays.
Family Hub is very nice. Think, just like your Samsung Galaxy phone, but just doesn't make calls. Play music, browse the web, do virtually anything that a smart device that connects to WiFi can do.
Sometimes the feature of viewing the inside of the refrigerator on your phone, takes a while to finally provide an image on your phone. But, it doesn't appear to be a fault of the refrigerator, because it can be playing music continuously (meaning that it has a persistent WiFi connection) and you can instantly view the image on the refrigerator screen. One time it just would display to phone after an hour of trying. I rebooted the refrigerator and it then worked fine. So yeah, just like your PC and phone, you may have to reboot periodically.
The alert tones are very nice and soothing. Letting you know that the doors are still open. Which is good, because sometimes you don't close them fully, being used to a fridge with simple door and magnetic gasket. On this fridge, you have to push them closed.
Can't say enough good things about it. Price was a bit much, but I decided if I was going to get a nice new refrigerator, go ahead and splurge. Why get a two-year old design? You'd still be paying thousands for it. Notice the dent in the 4th door, lower right? That saved almost a thousands dollars off the regular price. I'd rather save the money and just put a magnetic picture on that door if it bothers anyone.
One of the big quality items is that the sliding drawers and shelves are on guides that lock into place on the side walls of the refrigerator. And, the drawers all have separate fixed guides, that are not a part of the shelf above. Cheaper models have a shelf that just sits on pegs and when you try to slide the drawer that's attached to the bottom of the shelf, the whole thing jumps up off the pins. Terrible!
Family hub is really great. Leave messages. Synch everyone's calendars. Even put a note inside the fridge, that others can view from their phone. Well, now I need to go downstairs and get something to eat from the refrigerator. Maybe a Popsicle.

Great as a refrigerator, but the tech is just hype

Overall we love it, even though the "coolest" features are mostly hype. The amount of space is amazing, and the shelf and door organization is a huge upgrade from earlier models. That said, Samsung can't figure out how to build an icemaker to save its life, just had it replaced after only 6 months, and the new one is already malfunctioning after less than 24 hours. The internal cameras only show a tiny portion of the interior (you'll never know when you need milk if you keep it in the door) and the "smart" tech really doesn't recognize or learn what most of your food is. Last, the "Family Hub" is just an oversized, underdeveloped tablet with less capabilities than my 6 year old Samsung Tab E. The Hub runs on a super primitive "proprietary" OS instead of Android, has no apps available, and it's browser can't load most websites. Great for displaying family photos though.

We really like the size of this refrigerator and the fact that you can be freezer or refrigerator with one of the compartments. We purchased the refrigerator because of the ice bites which are advertised like Sonic ice. These are just small ice cubes they are not actually Sonic ice cubes. We were disappointed with the Samsung software on the smart display. It is not compatible with many Google products. Hoping that they launched a software update so we can use this with our nest doorbell and our other Google home devices. We really like the water pitcher with the infuser and the indoor water dispenser. We would like to have an additional drawer for meats instead of two larger drawers

Samsung Nailed It with this Refrigerator

Samsung has really stepped it up with this refrigerator! They have corrected the cooling system and issues that they had with the previous model (which they refunded our complete purchace price for from the previous model that we bought in 2019 that repeatedly failed). This model it spacious and one of our favorite features is that it produces 2 types of ice, large and small at the same time in two different spaces side by side. Having the flexibility to set one of the lower doors as a refrigerator instead of a freezer gives us the space we need to refrigerate food for our family of 7 instead of small almost useless freezer space that most refrigerators have. The door in door on the upper left compartment allows us easy access to the most common items that we open the fridge for instead of having to open the entire thing. This saves money by keeping the temp inside cooler. It also has an automatic water filling pitcher in this side. The command center has way too many options and advantages to list here but having access to the internet, music apps, grocery store, etc., etc., and endless apps serves the kitchen and the cook in incredibly helpful ways. Enough good cannot be said about the new Samsung 4Plex 29cu.ft. refrigerator. Thanks Samsung. Oh, one more thing, having the Best Buy Total Tech protection plan in place gives us the piece of mind we need to know that should any problem arise, we're covered!

Loving our new fridge. Bought this in November. Delivery with the total tech service was excellent. I realized about a month after having it that my price charged to my card was not what my email confirmation on the night of online purchase was. It was actually $300 more that i was charged. After a couple of days speaking to several people both online and in store. I was guided to call the total tech line. Within 15 minutes i had a confirmation email stating Best Buy would honor the purchase confirmation email price. So they refunded me the amount i was overcharged. Definitely a plus for customer service listening and honoring their mistake.
As for the refrigerator it self. I have 0 complaints. I love the amount of space, love the options to change temp on flex drawer and flex section. Right now it’s the perfect “little fridge” for my toddler and her snacks. She can go in there at anytime and grab her snacks.

I love this fridge so much!!! This is an upgraded from our family hub fridge first model that we bought over 4 years ago. This fridge’s ice machine is working flawlessly unlike the first model one. It is very spacious! I love the smart hidden spout for the water dispenser, water pitcher and I love how convenient to get to your favorite drinks. I would definitely recommend this fridge and hopefully this one will last us more than 4 years unlike the old one. Since, lots of features have been improved, I’m crossing my fingers that it’s lifespan would be longer too! We couldn’t get our hands on the black stainless steel color. The fingerprints on this stainless steel is more noticeable than our old black stainless steel one.

This is by far one of the best refrigerator I have had. The flex option for cooling is a game changer. Also the two ice option is awesome for different drinks. The ice over time does not stick together as my old refrigerator used to do over time. The screen is an awesome before because you can use it to watch videos while you cook and leave notes for family members. I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone looking for one.

I absolutely love everything about this refrigerator. The water from the filter is so delicious that we bought glass bottles and don’t drink bottled water anymore. I love the convenience of being able to look inside from my phone and manage it from the app. I have had it three years now.

I don't review much except when something just happens to be either really bad or really good. We researched refrigerators for months. Moving into a new house we wanted something nice but modern. The youngest has begged for "doodoo ice" for years and I really didnt feel like buying a separate ice maker. We saw this had dual ice "regular and nugget". Perfect!. The big seller was the FamilyHub. It has been a blessing to have this. Play music (which is big in our house), get recipes, see who is at the door, see what is in the fridge if we're at the store, leave notes for each other, etc. Super easy to setup, the Best Buy delivery guys were also top notch. The fridge has more than enough room, i was worried about the split doors on the bottom for freezer space but it is a nonissue. The ice seems really slow at first but it's just that, only at first. Once things get rolling, you'll have more than you can handle. The water pitcher is awesome as well since the wife likes to infuse lemon into her water. I would recommend this to anyone.

Well our old fridge finally after 15 years died and we wanted something somewhat future proof. We are a family of 4 with younger children and wanted to have a dedicated location for the kids! The fridge is EXTREMELY spacious, we host a lot of family and friend get togethers so the space is needed. Enough room inside for regular weekly leftovers and a full on birthday meal! we even had room to add 2 lazy Susan. the ability to change the bottom right to a flex zone for the kids was the real winner here. we have a deep freezer in the garage so didn't need to extra indoor freezer space, thus it became the kids! The ability to have different types of ice is awesome and the saved space from the ice maker frees up a lot of internal space. Additionally the water jug in the door (beverage center) is a super nice added touch. The smart screen is decently not needed, but is super helpful in a smart home or just keeping people on schedule! Love the Fridge!!!

Absolutely love this fridge! Gives me morning updates if Wethersfield, news and my calendar. Love the use of the optional fridge/freezer option. Lets me use it for chilling wine to storing vegetables. It keeps temperature very well. Easily update food inside by the press of a button. The recipe option based on what’s inside is phenomenal

Love the fact that the water dispenser is compacted en left door and hidden.
The ice in the freezer so that motor doesn't take space in the Fridge.
2 types of ice, big cube and smaller cubes. Makes lots of ice.
The Hub is amazing!!! Radio, transfer your phone to the hub, see tv etc.
What an amazing idea.
No handles creates space in the kitchen when passing by...
One door in the freezer is flex so you can set temp to freezer, fridge, wine cooler or meat hold.
Best fridge ever.

We got the black stainless, looks good with our other black and silver stainless appliances. I wondered if it would stick out, but blends well. This may be because it’s not next to the other appliances, either way, looks good. We wanted a flat front frig because of its location, we also considered a cabinet depth, but with the flat front I’m glad we went with full size. The four stars is because I haven’t been able to load Netflix or my ring doorbell video on the door screen. I also thought getting ice wouldn’t be a hassle, but it is more of a two hand task. It would probably easier if I left the bin tray off, but that keeps stuff from going in the bins when the door is open…I suppose. I’m happy with the water pitcher feature, but the water dispenser seem to give you less than chilled water so unless I have a cup of ice, I just get my water from the pitcher. I imagine if I ran the water long enough it would get cooler, kinda like a garden hose…warm at first. The lighting is nice and the drawers are smooth. Clearly things stack up on the right side of the frig being right handed so plan your placement accordingly!

We bought this unit because of the 4 door feature since we didn't have a lot of room to play with. The refrigerator is beautiful and very modern. There are so many pros to this fridge too much to mention. I will say something that I really like is that it connects to the ring doorbell so i can see on the screen who it is. However we have had a reoccurring problem with ones side of the ice maker.
It has broken 6 times in 2.5 years. Maybe we just got a bad one and unfortunately we are out of warranty. So my recommendation is to keep the warranty if you happen to buy one.

The fridge is super spacious. I wasn't sure if I would like that Beverage Center instead of external water dispenser, but now this is my favorite feature. Easy access to a good amount of cold drinks not just water. That pitcher is really useful during meals and at night to bring upstairs for some filtered water by the bed. There is a plenty of ice in the trays to serve a crowd, although it has a tendency to overfill so those sliders on top get stuck sometimes. The family hub is pretty customizable, although I would hope for more streaming apps and video support for Alexa.
