This one seemed to be the better of the ones I looked at, but once I got it hooked up at home I wasn't satisfied. The sound quality was not what I expected, and I ended up getting a Bose system instead. I did like that this setup is wireless and blutooth capable, but just didn't have the sound quality I wanted.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung K550 Soundbar. I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the sound quality.
A common misunderstanding is that customers are not placing the soundbar with the SAMSUNG logo facing up towards the ceiling. If you position the soundbar with the logo facing up, you will see the display/status panel and the speakers will be facing outward. (Refer to product photos on BestBuy.com and zoom in on the photos) If you have incorrectly placed the soundbar with the display side down and the SAMSUNG logo perpendicular to the floor, you will experience muffled or low quality sound because the unit will be resting on the speakers.
