The thunderbolt 3 charging and display/usb passthrough makes for a very simple and clean set up with your macbook pro, dell XPS, or other similar laptops. Much to my surprise, it also features a 100hz refresh rate, so you could get away with gaming on this monster as well. I'm currently testing out the picture-by-picture mode with two computers connected at the same time and i quite like the feature, great way to get an extra display for both work and personal machines. All in all, highly recommended

Updated drivers, confirmed volume settings, and tried connecting via Thunderbolt and HDMI; but no sound. Returned.
