The fridge is very roomy for a counter-depth model. I enjoy having the wide shelves to easily fit a 19lb brisket with ease. I really enjoy the extra types of ice in the freezer. Having three different locations to get ice means we won’t run out. I’m still trying to figure out how to organize the freezer. It’s essentially a big bucket where things pile on top of each other. My biggest complaint about it is the fridge is freezing various things like fruit, veggies, and milk. I have the fridge set at 39 degrees, but it still freezes stuff that’s placed in front of the metal “chill zone” which takes up the center half of the fridge.

Absolutely love the simplicity and sleek look! Tons of usable space, adjustable center shelf is a must for our tall pots to fit. First model like this lasted us 14 yrs!! Stainless stays clean, too!

This fridge is just perfect for us! I love that 8 have extra ice in the freezer for hosting parties and it keeps everything nice and cold

Love this fridge! Quiet, modern, sleek. Only issue was connecting it to the old water valve in the building, which the plumber had to replace so make sure yours is up to date. Delivery was smooth too. Highly recommend it!

I really enjoy this Samsung French Door Refrigerator. It has so much more room than side-by-side ones. Makes 4 types/sizes of ice!

It has been a long time since I had to purchase a fridge. The last one lasted 25 years. This fridge is perfect for what we need. Most of all the 4 different ice shapes. The water on the door is wonderful. In addition to all the features we could not find a better price anywhere. Defiantly would recommend this item.

Over all I am happy with our purchase. It is a bit small for us. We downsized. We are a family of 4. Three being adults and the other a teen athlete. I like the 4 different ices, because we make a lot of snow cones in the summer so the smaller and crushed ice will make that go a lot faster. I put contact paper on the front of it to match our aesthetic. Will be doing the same to the dishwasher and maybe even the stove.

We had the fridge for about a month and so far so good. It is a counter depth which is what we wanted. You do give up some storage space due to tbe smaller depth. We love the various ice types.

Good sized with great look and has enough storage with water dispenser.

Much better design and more spacious than our old counter depth fridge. I didn’t think I would care about 2 kinds of ice in ice bin in freezer but I like it better than getting ice from door

Had this fridge for less than 3 months, it went out on us and stopped cooling. Too late to return to Best Buy and now having to deal with Samsung. Too many hoops to go through with them. Get a warranty with Best Buy and don't buy a Samsung!

Pretty happy with it so far. I like the different types of ice though it does seem kind of slow at making the ice. I’m not getting the full benefit of the counter depth because my space is right enough I have to pull it forward for the doors to open smoothly. I probably should have just gone with standard depth.

L am very pleased and excited about my new Samsung Refrigerator . it is very stylish , simply beautiful with the most up to date technology without being hard to understand. I have more than enough freezer space and if you like organization they bins are sure a winner. I really enjoy the 2 options for ice size and the refrigerator compartment is very large. I can't say enough about my refrigerator, I am happy

It had been 20 years since we purchased a new fridge, and boy, have they changed. After doing my research on fridges and companies who offered them, we went with Best Buy. They had the best reviews on service/installation. The gentlemen who installed the fridge were professional and knowledgeable. They explained why we needed to push water through the lines and what to expect. Pros: It's quite, produces 4 types of ice. The counter depth was perfect. BB delivery and installation are top-notch! Cons: None! We followed the directions they gave us and have had no issues! The amount of space in the fridge and freezer is perfect for my husband and I. One thing I love is I receive a notification on my phone when my husband leaves the door open! ;)

Really happy to get this refrigerator. Even though it is a counter desk size, it’s still pretty spacious! Unbelievable features including 4 different types of ice, easily accessible filter, size of the shelves ( not too deep, so you can reach the things way in the back easily), no noise at all ( at times I wonder if it’s on or not) and the warranty that comes with Samsung’s name- are all pretty convincing. Will highly recommend it.

This is an excellent fridge for the price. However, you almost never get the smaller ice cubes in the right side of the pullout drawer and you have to watch where you leave the scoop. If its left in the ice, you dont get anymore until it is removed. This is a small nightmare for our large family.
