Very nice looking vent but too loud. It is sleek and stylish.

I bought a Samsung cooktop and the hood in black stainless steel. The black color comes off if while cooking hot food splatters. Samsung doesn’t return calls and won’t replace it. Don’t buy this product.

Good hood, very strong and good lighting. Had it installed for a month, so far happy with the purchase.

Hood is good, kinda of a pain to install. Mounting bracket isn’t that great and it can get scratched SUPER easily

I'm really loving the touch buttons and the light on this hood. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because it's louder than I thought it would be. But other than that, I love it.

Very nice canopy hood. I hated that the extension for the top was almost as much as the whole canopy hood. Especially since it is just a sheet of metal. If you have a regular height ceiling, maybe you don't need extension? My ceiling is 12'

I like the sleek look to this hood. The lighting is great also. The only knock I have on it is with the noise. It's not bad on the low setting, but gets very loud as you increase the power. But it gets the job done.

The hood itself works as it is suppose to. However, I have had to exchange this hood four times so far because each one comes defective in some sort of way... either dented or scratched, or it comes with completely no hardware to attach it! Then it takes another week to have a replacement sent. So far, a third party installer has been to my house 7 times to install this hood. They have scratched my walls and taken chunks of drywall out in order to install it, when they clearly had no idea how to do it. I would completely return the thing if I wouldn't have bought the entire samsung black stainless steel line of appliances so they all match.

Samsung Venthood is quite beautiful with powerful vents to absorb all cooking vapors.

Works well, great looks, spendy. Was only decent hood we could find in Black SS. Can synch with stove top to turn on and off

We purchased this hood along with a new gas cooktop. The Bluetooth feature is pretty nice, although it seemed a bit silly. I do like how the fan comes on whenever a burner is lit. The lights are nice and bright, but not harsh.

Love it. Entire home has all Samsung appliances. Great suction on Low on high more then adequate in open concept living area

I finally got it installed and it looks great and works even better. The lowest setting is pretty quiet and suction is great.
