Quiet, efficient, and easy to operate…love my new dryer! Another plus…Best Buy online ordering was easy, and the delivery was flawless.

Dryer fit my RV very well. Needed to install a RV vent outside, run 240V from my panel to the closet but it works great! Had an issue where the motor failed, but it was covered under warranty and Best Buy refunded me so I could purchase another unit.

Amazing dryer! Mine crapped out on me, and I found this one as open box, and excellent condition! Ordered it online, picked it up the next day, and got it hooked up! I will definitely be purchasing the Samsung washer when mine craps out! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Unable to confirm as BestBuy installation after 5 attempts was never completed..with rattle on right side still occurring since new purchase 2 months ago. I cannot have intimidating service technician back to determine cause of rattle. Initial experience was they had installed crooked on stacking HW with only 3 of 4 legs in HW. I am stuck with rattle but does go away after 5 minutes. All other features work well from what I can determine . Make sure appliances are installed correctly to get true value from them!

Unfortunately, I only used this dryer once. The washer dryer stackables were installed in my renovated closet and looked really good. When I was washing my second load of clothes, and drying my first, the whole combo literally walked out of my closet. I spent a lot of money in renovations to only be disappointed in the reason i renovated in the first place.

I am extremely happy with my dryer, medium size and the clothes come out crispy and well ironed. I can’t believe I had my doubts for the few bad reviews.

It's an amazing dryer unit that is quiet and efficient with a small flaw. I took 1 star down as I had to request for Geek Squad to come service the 1 week old new unit. When the top cover is removed, there is an aluminum panel that protects the circuit boards inside the dryer... this panel is flimsy and when you have the washer and dryer stacked the vibration from the washer will make this panel hit against the shell of the dryer unit on top. Geek Squad came by and bent the panel inwards slightly and it stopped the vibration.

Works as expected. Quieter than my older model. Decent capacity for a smaller stackable

So far, we are very pleased with the Samsung. The capacity is much larger than the Bosch that we had for many years, and the dryer is not overly noisy. The appliance does a good job of drying. Best of all, the Geek Squad installation crew was amazing. Kept us informed of arrival time, did a great job of installation in a very tight space, and even explained the appliance to us. I recommend always shopping at Best Buy

compact but with all the bells and whistles (literally it plays a tune each action you push).

The dryer works like it should. It dries my clothes. No issues so far.

This dryer is amazing! It has great presets and the ability to change to your needs of heat and time and item being dried! Quite and smooth! Highly recommend if you are in an RV. I installed mine and love it!

We had to trade our full size washer and dryer for this smaller size pair. Although it’s taking some getting used to, it does hold more clothes than I first thought it would. So far everything seems to be working fine and overall we’re pleased. One problem does seem to be when the dryer signals the clothes are dry, some of them are still a bit damp.

It was an out of box and working great so far. This is the best out of the limited options of small vented dryers.

Quality product as described. Live the item as it’s very easy to use and dries my laundries fast and complete. Will recommend it to friends and family
