This washer is awesome all the setting and it being super quite as i mentioned with the dryer model with this it gets a great 5 star mainly for the child lock my 2 year old is that kid everyone sais if he was first hed be a lonely sibling. But i have noticed a big decrease in water usage and in my bill well worth the money.

Did my research before making this purchase. It was rated as one of the top two by Consumer Reports. Then Best Buy came out with the best deal ever...$300 off, free shipping, set up, and removal of old machine! What was not to love!

This replaced an older front load this one is quieter and holds a bigger load. It is also easy to keep clean.

Cleans cloths well and has a stainless steel interior. Has enough capacity for a king sized comforter.

Best washer I have used. My clothes look great. It's a bit scary at first because the spin cycle seems to get up to Mach 3, but it does get most of the water out. Works great, looks great.

Replaced my current Samsung washing machine of only six years. The bearing was gone in the washing machine. I went with a Samsung again because I could use the existing base and it was a close match to my Samsung dryer. I hope this will last more than six years. I think most washing machines will have a good review after you have just purchased it. The question is how will it be in five years.

After waiting for over a month for my washer and dryer, I am here to say it was well worth the wait for these amazing machines! Make sure the washer and dryer are leveled prior to installers leave. We were surprised they did not come equipped with a level.

We had not purchased a new washer in 19 years. Read all of the reviews for front and top loaders. Picked this one because of the amount water it uses (or rather does not use). Have not had issues with clothes not getting wet enough. Have not had issues with smell. Clothes come clean - sometimes need to be treated first but no more than before. Load sizes have been the same except now I can wash pillows, etc. easier. Sanitize works well on baseball pants (treated first, of course). The only negative is that the door was backwards for what we needed, so we had them installed in a reverse position of where they were before. Also, this is rather expensive though not as much as some others. We had it price-matched to somewhere cheaper. Very happy with my new washer. Oh yeah, it's so nice looking and easy to use that everyone in my house helps use it. :)

I bought this washer and the dryer to replace an old set that I inherited from family and friends. So far I can't complain. It gets my clothes clean and is really quiet compared to the 20 plus year old washer that I had. It uses a lot less water too.
