This washer is the best thing I've ever bought! My clothes come out cleaner than ever and soooo soft! I'm using less detergent than before and getting an amazing wash. I can wash my king comforter that's how big it is, it even plays a cute song when it's done washing, and it's so quite while washing, my husband kept asking if it was on lol.

I bought this tandem washer-dryer set when they were on sale, and I'm glad I did. They are very quiet whilst operating, and very efficient. The washer doesn't leave clothes soaking wet, and the dryer doesn't make the clothes dry as a bone... if you don't want it to. Super easy to use, even with all the available options and settings.

Washer is very quiet, don't even know it's running when in the other room. Very easy to use with all the digital buttons, and automatically adjusts to load size after you load...no wasting water. Love the look and best of all the way it cleans my clothes.

The customer service I received at Best Buy in Mountain View was excellent. The deliver guys were friendly and courteous. Overall, the Samsung front load washer is great. It is fairly quiet; it cleans the clothes well; and it is steady even with large loads. I did have a large, uneven load, and it handled it perfectly. Rather than continuing with the cycle, it stopped and alerted us that our load was uneven. Our prior front loader washer would have just kept spinning. And in the process, it would have made loud stomping noises as it "walked" all over our laundry area. We have had our Samsung front load washer for only about 3 weeks. And so far so good. At this point, I would recommend it. I just hope it last at least 5 years.

I'm very impressed with this washer. It gets the clothes very clean, runs quietly, and is able to handle loads ranging from very small to huge. There are a lot of choices for wash cycles, which should cover any type of cleaning needed. I'm happy with my purchase and recommend it highly.

I've bought it to replace my worn out LG washer. LG was very good and reliable but I've chosen Samsung due to more advanced look (in my opinion) and sale event. I've made few washes so far and I am very satisfied. Very clean wash, easy to operate, very quiet run.

After reviewing Consumer Reports ratings and customer feedback, this appeared to be the best deal for the price. I've used the washer (and paired dryer) for two weeks, 9 loads total, and I am very happy with it. The clothes come out clean (and perfectly dry from the dryer). In other reviews, there was mention that the washer is loud and when going into the spin cycle it makes a loud banging noise. That is normal for this washer and happens for a few seconds while it balances at the beginning of the cycle. While the controls look complicated, they are actually pretty intuitive.

I may be biased, given that our old machines, were from the 90s, but these machines are very quiet comparatively. They are easy to use and can fit much more than my older machines.

Bought this after my Maytag went out (only three years old) and replacing parts wasn't worth it. After reading the reviews I was impressed and ended up buying this and obsessed now with needing to buy the matching dryer. I have never had my clothes smell so fresh and I love the self clean option (lights up when due). Steam setting is great for stains. Once a setting goes off the washer notifies unless you turn off sound and after a bit the machine turns off to save energy. One thing to note is some of the setting do take longer but there has not been an increase in water use on my bill so good sign. Overall I would recommend!

Reviews of steam clean machines are varied, but thus far, I'd say there is a noticible difference. Our clothes come out smelling really clean. It's that fresh feeling you get after a summer afternoon rainstorm. Ultimately, that's the point of a washer, a tool for a purpose. Aside from that, it does it with style. The direct drive system (no belts) is great! Quiet is the key here. This has more than enough options for our simple family. All in all, I'm pleased with this purchase. Finally, I decided to jump on the Best Buy credit line for this one, because when you sign up you get 10% back in points. Ergo, I have $60 to spend on a random fancy. Not bad.

Love this washer. We had a top loading washer before which would get unbalanced and was difficult for me to reach the bottom of the drum. This front loader cleans better, is quieter and is easier to remove the clothing

So far this washer has been excellent. The features and load options are very generous for its price point. It is very quiet and it looks great. As long as the door is left open we have had no issues with smell.

Pros: 1. It weighs the load to adjust times, even though the selection shows a certain time for each kind of cycle. 2. There is a Child lock, so those little fingers cant do anything once the washer is locked and on. 3. Clothes come out virtually dry. All reviews have stated this, its true and a much appreciated pro. Sometimes when the load is small I can dry out the things on a stand, and it takes about an hour to dry them out completely. 4. Drains well. No left over water in the detergent/bleach compartments. Cons: 1. The buttons are digital touch, so there is no feeling of pushing buttons. Can be finicky sometimes. 2. Cannot change the settings (adjust time etc) once the washer is on. 3. If the child lock was enabled during the wash, you would have to turn the washer power back on to unlock the child lock, and then open the door, if you wait till the end of the cycle and power shuts off. 4. Some deep stains have been left behind. I use Persil 2-in-1, and Resolve. Results might vary when using another detergent, but not sure by how much. 5. Loooong cycles. Especially if you use the sanitize or allergen cycles. I like to run household underwear in the sanitize cycle, but the loads are usually small and it seems like a waste of resources, and not so good for the clothes to be soaking for 2 1/2 hrs. For some reason, it does not seem to weigh the load and adjust time on a sanitize cycle. IMPORTANT * I initially had a problem with water left over in the detergent/bleach compartments. After every cycle, I noticed water back up all the way to top of the cups, then the Geek Squad guy (thank goodness, we took the ext. warranty), told us that the blue compartment separator should always be in, because though a plastic one, it creates a siphoning effect to drain excess water. Before he told us that, I did not think we needed it in there, because I hardly used bleach. Also, make sure the water pipe coming out from the back form the washer does not have too much of a 'dip'. Apparently that causes some trouble with the draining.

Our Samsung front load washer was delivered on 08/20/2015. I do most of the laundry as my wife works, and I am retired. The first change we noticed was how quiet it is. Our 2-year old GE front load washer was so noisy! Then when the spin began, it did not cause the dishes in the kitchen to vibrate, and again, it was so quiet. We like the number of wash cycles, and the clothes come out just great. The clothes also spin out so well that our drying time is reduced. I hope we feel as good about this washer as time goes on, but right now, it is great!

Gets the clothes very clean and spins out more water than my last washer, making drying time shorter. I like the quick cycle best (29 minutes) and the rinse and spin cycle. Self clean takes 4 hours - this seems excessive. Door gasket smells like chemicals, but leaving the door ajar is helping the smell fade. I had my last washer for 15 years before it broke down. Overall, I am satisfied with this washer and hope it lasts for many years. I purchased the extended warranty on this one just to have extra insurance, as a few of reviews I read (out of many good ones) reported expensive repairs.
