It's a great washer. Clothes come out cleaner than my other washer. It's quiet. Easy to use.

The washer/dryer are great. They are easy to use, works well and has a lot of features.

We purchased this as a washer/dryer pair. Comparing this washer to several others with similar features, this one was about $100 cheaper. The steam/sanatize feature is nice. Also, the washer is very quick to balance the load (our previolus washer took up to 5 minutes to balance the clothes in the drum). The spin cycle is very quiet considering the speed. Overall we're very happy with the performance of this washer.

Shortly before our search began for a new washer and dryer to replace our 18-year-old Kenmore top loading washer and front-loading dryer, our youngest one started going to daycare and as you can imagine, just about every kind of cootie you could think of made its way to our home. After talking with some friends and a few neighbors about the washer and dryers they had, each one recommended this Samsung washer and dryer combo. This washer unit is spacious, can handle the cleaning of large comforters, and best of all, it has a sanitize and hot steam setting to kill the cooties and to get the dirt out of even the gentlest of fabrics.The pedestal, which is sold separately, is able to store some of the cleaners or detergents we use, however, it takes a little finagling to get the bottles to fit. A normal sized bottle of Tide will fit, but you have to tip the top of the bottle in first, then the bottom while closing the drawer. In all, this washer has been able to handle the cooties our young one brings home from daycare, the grime of a 7-year-old boy, the grime that daddy brings home from working on the farm, and the occasional drops of coffee that seem to make it onto my shirts.

I bought a washer without doing review. It is in the dump. Reviews on this washer was 4.5 star to 4 star. It preforms 5 star and can hold up to 3x a regular washer. Great cycle options. Quick wash is excellent for light duty washes and everything is just as clean. This one will NOT go to the dump!

The Samsung front loader has worked excellently. It’s a pretty quiet running machine, and does a great job of getting the clothes clean. I have been using the high setting for the spin cycle and the clothes come out with much of the water extracted. I am very pleased with my new Samsung washer and would highly recommend it to others.

Extremely quiet. Takes longer than my top loader but the clothes are so dried out that my dryer takes about 20 to 30 minutes less time to dry the clothes which is a big plus. The machine has had two error codes so far. First was too many suds (SUD) so that was an easy fix. I am used to a top loader and not HE so I have now adjusted the amount of detergent I add...very little!! The second code was a little more difficult to fix (SE or 5E), however it turned out that the machine was not level. Never realized how important a level machine is to a front loader but the machine would not restart no matter how long I waited until we leveled it perfectly!! Now all seems good. It is only 4 weeks old so I will see how it goes after this!

We love our new Samsung front load washer. We made the mistake of buying a competing high efficiency top loader 3 years ago. It was horrible. It is so great to have clean clothes again. The Samsung is doing a great job, is quiet and easy to operate. I would recommend this washer to anyone looking for a new one. Our only suggestion is that Samsung should offer a pedestal that is about half as tall as the one they do. We do not need the drawer and 15 inches was too tall so we did not buy. We will be building our own that are about half that height.

First front load washer I've owned. Didn't quite know what to expect. Read the reviews provide by others and thought I'd give it a shot. Glad i did. I have in-kitchen laundry equipment and this washer both performs and looks great!. Price was very reasonable too.

I bought this washing machine after reading positive reviews of it on consumer reports. I've had it for a month and am happy I bought it. It definitely cleans clothes well and spins to the point that the clothes feel almost dry. It also has a large capacity so I feel I am doing less laundry even though I'm really just combining what I previously had to wash in two loads. Basically, you will save money from doing fewer loads at a time and having the clothes spend less time in the dryer. At the same time, the quality of the washing is excellent. I definitely recommend it for moms with a lot of kids.

I absolutely love my Samsung front loading washer!! It is super quiet and makes lovely musical noises when the load is complete. It may look overwhelming at first with all of the computer technology, but it is really easy to learn how to use this machine. My teenage son does all of the laundry and he had no problem learning the functions.

This is a very quiet washer. Washer has a lot of space for super huge loads. I even washed a king size comforter together with a towel and pillow mats in it . Everything comes out clean and pretty dry. Pleased with it.

I love my new front load washer! It is much gentler on my clothes and the spin cycle practically does most of the drying so less time in the dryer. It handled my comforter with no problem and everything feels much cleaner. Easy to use. Just need to leave the door open after each load so that it drys out.

Our old washer was 12 years old and was a very basic model. This thing is luxurious. It has a ton of features, but it's easy to use. It is far more efficient, quiet, and effective than our old washer. I would definitely recommend this model.

Upon reading the user reviews, I was impressed with the ratings. I will add my name to the growing list of satisfied buyers! The Whirlpool reputation is excellent and that's why their appliances will always be in a house I own. It's high capacity and overall appearance adds to my enjoyment. Did I mention it was fast and quiet?

I bought this washer and dryer set in January of this year (now November) and I absolutely LOVE them. Both the washer and dryer have more than enough options to wash/dry almost anything. I can fit plenty of clothes in the washer and have enough room for them to dry as well. The only two complaints I have are the following: the dryer will sometimes leave thicker jeans a tad damp when using options other than the timed dry. Also, the doors on these don't appear to be reversible so you will have to have the washer on the left and dryer on the right. Not sure if a setup the other way is very common, but it's worth noting for potential buyers.

Very efficient washer with ample room to handle heavy loads and finesse to care for delicates and preserve colors. Doesn't take alot of room and is very quiet. You wont get the HE rebate but overall a good purchase.
