This is the most quiet washer that I've used and I've previously used other more expensive Samsung washers. You can hardly hear it when it's running. So far it's also doing a great job washing clothes while using hardly any water. I haven't used all the wash settings yet, but so far I'm impressed

Replaced my 13 yr old Maytag Neptune front loader. It had bearings going bad. This washer has exceeded my expectations. Love the allergen cycle for washing bedding after the dog or daughters cat has been sleeping on bed. Sanitize gets towels smelling brand new.

Have had the washing machine about six weeks. Much quieter than my old GE top loader. Does seem to use less water and leave less residue on our clothes. No problem with leaking, something I was leery about with a front loader. Quite happy with purchase thus far.

The first washer we got had a terrible vibration at low RPM and had to be replaced after 2 weeks. Hopefully this unit will last a long time. The washer does a really good job at getting the clothes clean. And doesn't use a lot of water. Control panel looks intimidating but it's really not that bad.

I like this washer. So far no problems and the color that I wanted was available, so I am happy.

While I have only had this washer for a few weeks, it has worked perfectly and is super quiet. I was worried about the water issues that most front load washers have, so I leave the door open to let the barrel dry out and so far things are working out!
