Only took about 10 minutes to get everything up and running. Be careful with the stands it comes with - they lock under pressure but if you lift it, they often fall off. Would highly suggest having two people if you're attempting to sit it on a table just to avoid frustration.

It comes with Samsung tv so if you are ok with watching older movies and series it works so you don’t have to buy the various apps if you don’t want. Good buy.

Overall the picture quality is good. The volume on the tv is pretty low, but with a good speaker it works fine.

The audio quality is great. You can download a lot of streaming apps. Easy to set up and use. If you have a Samsung phone it will work perfectly. Picture resolution is amazing!!

I mounted it for bedroom use. Being new, the tuner took some getting used to but now I like the operational changes. Good picture - decent sound - good Christmas price - satisfied customer.

Otherwise it has a good picture and operating it is very easy

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung DU6900 TV and for sharing your experience with your TV not displaying correctly. You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Run a Picture Test on the TV.
Navigate to Settings> Support> Device Care >Self Diagnosis. Then select Picture Test >OK> view the test. You can select Yes if the picture looks normal, No if there is a problem with the picture, or Show again to see the picture a second time.
2. Determine if lines are appearing during the Picture Test.
Look for a line or lines on the screen during the Picture Test. If there are no lines, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, first, try replacing the cable of the external device that is showing lines.
- If the lines still appear after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device.
- If lines appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step.
3. Request service if lines appear during the Picture Test.
If you see lines during the Picture Test, please visit our Support Center to request service. Make sure you have the TV's model code, software version, and serial number when calling.
In some cases, lines (especially if they are black) can be caused by a cracked screen. If this is the case, it would still need service if you want to fix it. However, since physical damage is not covered by the warranty, it may be more economical to buy a new TV rather than pay for repairs and a new screen.
