They are both crystal clear, have beautiful remotes, and have vibrant colors. The OLED 4K is perfect. My only complaint is that I couldn't fit a bigger television in my bedroom.

The settings are adjusted instantly without having to manually do it ourselves. This is by far the biggest selling point in my eyes. The picture quality and lack of motion blur for live sports is top shelf. We have multiple SmartThings in our home and the TV works well as a hub. When paired with the Samsung Surround Sound set up, it’s like having your own personal IMAX theatre in your living room.

The mounting is positioned low on the back of the TV. Low mounting caused the TV to not to sit properly in wall unit where cables were visible.

One cause for this is the terrible experience with the Xumo integrated cable/streaming box supplied by Spectrum. More specific to the product, Samsung seems to have a problem with the configuration set up by GeekSquad. It seems to have a lobotomy as it displays a screen of a bad HDMI connection. (see photo). Also there are times when the sound intermittently shuts off and then resumes. Might it be with the soundbar that is hard wired?

The color enhances image and adds to the overall clarity for a good television watching experience. Highly recommend the television. It was delivered on time and installed. The technician explained all the features and ensured that I was able to use the control remote to start the tv and switch channels and adjust the volume. I am very pleased with my purchase and very satisfied with the services provided by Best Buy. I will definitely go yo Best Buy for my next appliance or television purchase.

I use in my bedroom, so the small speakers are satisfactory. My plasma had a direct subwoofer connection, but no TV's have them anymore. If you want better sound you will need to invest in a soundbar.

The images are crystal clear and my Mother who is slightly visually impaired was impressed! That did it for me! And of course with the sono sound system, the sound is great!

The only reason I give it 4 stars rather than 5 is the TV keeps coming on during the day to show the memo weather etc. It is only for 30 sec. but is annoying. I looked all over the web and the manual and can't find how to turn that feature off. Not sure if it is a feature or is a bug.

Glad to hear you’re enjoying the TV! The pop-up feature you’re seeing is called Daily Board. It uses motion detection or voice commands to show useful info like the weather and connected device status when the TV screen is off. To disable Daily Board, press the 123/Quick Settings button on your remote, go to Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > Daily Board, then switch off any enabled options.
