It’s a very nice machine and very roomy. Controls are fairly simple. Connecting with the app was a little difficult. The washer cleans great, is a perfect depth to be able to reach in to the bottom and I like the app notifications when the load is done.

I have had excellent results with this machine. It is an update of the model which served me wonderfully for many years and I would buy it again.

We bought this machine to replace a Whirlpool washer we had for several years. This machine does an amazing job of keeping clothes looking new and getting stains out of my 13 year old's clothes. Best Buy made this purchase extremely smooth from the help in the store picking one out to the quick delivery and set up. Will purchase here again.

I’m a single parent with two kids and this washer does everything I need to. I can wash blankets, I can wash delicate items, stuffed animals without damaging them. Our family has one laundry day per week, and we are able to get it all done in a few loads together. There is a model just above this one that’s perfect if you have pets, but I don’t so this one was great. I looked at the cheaper models below this one, but I like the downloadable feature. I use it to wash the wool clothing.

This washer is a good choice. Very good at getting the job done, just a little louder than I would like it to be. The price was great, so I can deal with a tiny bit of noise in exchange.

Great washer. Delivered on time and installed correctly. I love the wifi enabled wash so that I can schedule the wash to finish when I get home from work and can put the clothes straight to the dryer.

So far so good. I just received the machine last week and it’s been working really well. It’s quieter than the previous one I had and definitely handles a larger amount of clothing/bedding.

Best washer I've ever owned! Simple, intuitive, & the Matters app allows you to monitor the wash! Must I not forget how quiet it is, got this during the Memorial Day sale.

Cleans well, works well. I like the many cycle choices and the deep fill option. I use the deep fill when washing small dog beds. If not, the machine will not spin out the water. It was a learning process but easy to figure out.

Largest washed have purchased and it is great for big loads.

Love love love! the extra capacity vs our previous washer The prewash faucet in the tub is one of those things you didn't know you needed until you got it and will never do without again. Super quiet cycles too.
