I love all the features, including multiple levels of rinses, large capacity, center agitator (that I didn’t know I had missed) that gets the clothes cleaner, and quiet operation.

Ill been having it for 2 years now, i like all the settings that it has, it has alot of space perfect to dry a 2 king bed size comforter. Have no issues at all, and its not loud

The Samsung 5.4 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Smart Top Load Washer is a fantastic appliance! Its sleek brushed black design complements any space, and the large capacity handles big loads effortlessly. The **ActiveWave Agitator** ensures clothes are thoroughly cleaned with minimal noise and tangling. The smart features are a game-changer, allowing remote control and monitoring through the Samsung SmartThings app. Overall, it's a perfect blend of style, performance, and convenience!

Love this washer!!! It has a very large capacity and we can wash everything we need in minimal loads. One great feature is it self cleans. It literally tells you when and there is a dedicated setting that all you have to do is push a button and it cleans itself. It is also very quiet which is a huge plus if you want to do a load of laundry while you sleep. I am very happy with my purchase. Delivery was on time and very professional.

Love my new large capacity Samsung Washer. Connects to Smart Things App so it lets me know when it's done. My clothes, linens, and towels feel and smell so much cleaner. No complaints!!!

great washer with high capacity. Uses enough water to get clothes really clean. Its really deep and you might need a step to help get to the bottom of the washer. Lots of cycle options to choose from for a totally custom wash.

The washer so far is excellent, wife loves the size can do bigger loads and get laundry knocked out in a matter of a couple loads. The only issue is the depth. Which we fixed with an extended reach claw.

I love this washing machine you can wash comforters you can wash just about anything it has a huge tub it is so quiet it's an outstanding product

It is an excellent washer. My clothes have never come out so clean and fresh. The capacity is exceptional. I highly recommend.

Very quiet, it's large enough for comforters, etc. If you have regular laundry, it works well, however, if you have Children and pets with heavy stains, this is not the washer for you. It does not clean well no matter which detergent you choose it will not clean heavily soiled laundry.

Great product! It is easy to use and is very quiet and efficient.

Runs well. Tall. Efficient. Drys well. Smart feature is positive as it advises you when the cycle is complete.

So far in the short time we have had the product, it has been an excellent experience. Really like the options on the washer, how well it cleans our clothes, the quietness of the washer, and the ease of the operation.

Love it. Easy to use. Very quiet and love the music at the end of cycle

I have used the Samsung Washing Machine with the agitator for several loads and so far it has been wonderful. Washes clothes well and has zero issues. Come hunting season I’ll have a more thorough understanding of what it can do, but so far exceeded my expectations it has a ton of room.

Super easy to use, all of my clothes come out clean and haven't had any issues

Upgraded from front loader. Love this machine and how clean my clothes smell. The tub is large and deep I am 5ft 2 so I’ve to use a step stool to reach in to get small items out. Easy to use many options I have not used yet. Machine casing is not as bulky as old washer I have more room in laundry area. Enjoy the Smart option use.

My Samsung washer is the best washing machine I've ever had. It is very quiet and cleans my clothes well.

The washing machine is a great size it has plenty space inside. The machine is quiet and wash cycles are quick.

The washer does its job but as others have stated the drum is very deep so if you are under 5'10 then you may want to avoid this washer. I'm only 5'8 and I don't care much but it may bother others. Also, just because the drum is huge and can fit tons of clothes doesn't mean you can fill it to the top. Make sure to use it as a residential washer and not a commercial washer or you will end up with clothes not washed and dried. Efficiency is great. I track the usage via smart things app and it uses next to nothing. My home network rack uses wayy more power than this washer so consider that.
